Beachfront holiday rentals in Dukes County

This spot is exceptionally beautiful, even for a place as picturesque as Martha’s Vineyard. The space and the yard exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s spacious and warm with old world charm and practicality. It felt like we were staying in a family friend’s home, where it was cozy, peaceful, and private. The views out of the upstairs bedrooms are surreal but nothing steals the show like the sun setting over the water every evening. We grew so fond of it we opted for takeout most nights because dinner on the back porch followed by a walk down to the private beach for sunset beat the ambience of any restaurant on the island. The owners are amazing too- quick to reply, helpful, and so generous. This house is a treasure and we look forward to staying there again.

Stayed here 2 years in a row now for a girls trip and both times have been absolutely amazing. 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Plenty of space in the backyard for 9 people to sit. Also very cozy living room to all gather and play games/watch movies. Host was extremely responsive in her communication as well. 10/10 would recommend. We already can’t wait to come back next year!

Good location for walking and getting around the island on the free buses or by car/bike. The house is dated but clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The bikes and beach stuff included is a nice bonus. The outdoor area with the deck, BBQ and a big wooden table is great for outdoor family dining. Adam is super nice and helpful. Bringing my own sheets and towels worked well for me and I enjoyed having my own things to make it feel more personal and comfortable. June(shoulder season on the vineyard) was a gorgeous time to visit.

The location and house were perfect for our large family. We enjoyed the private beach. There was enough parking. One thing that we didn’t know was that there was a gas grill which was totally awesome because we don’t like charcoal grilling; so this was a very pleasant surprise. We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the water.

This home was perfect for our large family group. There are many places to gather upstairs, downstairs, on the big porch, and in the yard. The kitchen and living room are in the top floor. The kitchen has every cooking tool and pot known to humanity! We cook so this was a big plus. The home is steps from the lagoon, a deep bay on the north coast of MV. All of the bathrooms and bedrooms are on the first floor. The beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows were available. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely beautiful cottage and location! We had an amazing weekend and the house was immaculate. Vito and Kerry were super responsive and helpful throughout the trip. I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay on Chappy!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway on the vineyard! Had the best time. Host was very responsive and the house was cozy, clean, and and spacious. We can’t wait to come back and stay again in the future!

Perfect location and beautiful views of the bay. It had everything we needed. tmThe studio was very clean and nicely decorated. Jenny and Ania were perfect hosts and always responded quickly to any questions we had.

We stayed off season, but still plenty to do and see. We loved it!

Our family stayed at Madi's place for our summer vacation. Madi was very responsive and communicative prior to our stay with local recommendations and instructions for the home and beach passes. Our family of 5 was comfortable and we had a wonderful time on MV. Would definitely return to Madi's place.

The room was cozy and clean with modern, quality furnishing. In room fridge was a plus. Balcony over-looking property and waterfront was highlight!

The 2-bedroom unit is spacious and clean, and the location can’t be beat. Having a pool on site and also being right across the street from the beach was super convenient, especially with kids. The porch/deck was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink with an ocean view.

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

Jenny and Ania's place was lovely, in a beautiful location. Just steps from the ocean. Very easy check in and check out, friendly hosts, and the place had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time, and would stay at this place again.

Our stay was great. Listing was as described. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. We had trouble getting the A/C units to work but may have just been us; we made do. Appreciated the free coffee amenities as well as bottle gifted to us by the host upon arrival. Right across the road from the water and a peaceful neighborhood. Overall a very nice stay.

Had a wonderful gathering with family in a beautiful setting on the water. Definitely "Grandma's" cape house, with much of grandma's furniture, pots & pans, still there, so homey. Was a bit musty when I got there early before family came, but opened up windows and turned on fans so all was nice and breezy quickly. Everyone reported beds were comfortable. Friendly neighbors, and a lovely, easy path along the water to the ocean.

Wonderful rustic cabin along a sandy track with great views of Cape Poge from the bottom of the property. The cabins stairs were closed off for repair which was a little disappointing but the public access was very close by so not a big deal. Our family is use to camping so this place was glamping with a very comfortable mattress!

We loved our stay and The Heights Hotel. They did their best trying to explain the confusing entry but it still took us several tries to find the door. Once we got it figured out, all was wonderful!! We were surprised with a jetted tub which was PERFECT for the ending of our long vacation. They did their restaurant next door was delightful. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the shops. We went to every one. Our room was clean and had the basics which included coffee and plates and cups and a mini fridge. Could not have asked for more!! Highly recommend!

This was our 4th stay here and it only gets better and better. The house is always extremely welcoming and ready for fun and relaxation. The house is well equipped (kitchen and games/activities) for all your needs and my family can’t wait until next time!

Great location with water views! Walkable to restaurant and ocean shore. House was neat and clean. I’m so glad that I was able to stay here. Jennifer was helpful and pleasant.

Came to Falmouth for the Cape Cod Marathon, great location, will come back for sure.
