This place was perfect for us. Gojek and transport is easy to sort and you can get to so many places in Old Town really easy. Fadi and his wife are such lovely hosts and came to welcome us. They looked after us so well and the accomodation is lovely. The room is clean and having a TV was amazing, the kitchen has everything so we could cook for ourselves.

This homestay is really homie, there are lots of amenities and facilities, there are even things I brought from home that I didn't use, like mosquito nets, prayer mats and others. It's complete, and the price is really worth it

Thank you, Felix, for providing such a nice place to stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a living room, dining table, and kitchen – everything we needed was there. There were also plenty of towels provided, which was very convenient. The staff was very polite and made check-in and check-out easy and smooth. However, although the house itself is nice, the maintenance could be improved. The small garden in front of the wall was overgrown with weeds, and one of the gate lights had fallen and was left unattended. There was no water heater, but it wasn’t a big issue for us – the water was pleasantly warm and refreshing, especially in Surabaya’s climate. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a little more care in upkeep, this place could be even better. Thanks again!

the place is very easy to access, it is also directly connected to the mall which makes it easy to find food / meetings / me time. drinking water, towels, soap and shampoo are available. overall very satisfying

Vicky responded super quickly and went out of his way to make the place available to us quite spontaneously. Didn't arrive in Surabaya until 12am and yet check-in was super easy. In addition, we were immediately offered a late check-out until 1p.m. Would stay again. Good price-performance ratio.

very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the elevator is not too crowded, access to the lottemart and to the food court is very close just take the escalator, complete and very worth it.

The place is cozy and clean, very suitable for the description. Complete facilities and neatly arranged rooms, suitable for resting with family or friends. The view from the unit is also quite pleasant and adds a calm impression during the stay. The host was very kind and friendly, responsive to our questions and needs during our stay there. Casaluca's room was clean and very accessible. We have no trouble checking in and finding the room ourselves. He also updated the change the room accordingly due to actions of previous tenants. Thank you very being very considerate and responsive!

Lily’s place well located at west surabaya, easy to get around. Secure & easy parking facilities. Clean & safe, you can only go to the dedicated floor only if you have access card and the guard also politely refused to grant access without any key. Beautiful view from 35th floor, full glass panel wall in every room. Quite place to relax with fully equipped kitchen. Strong wifi & sufficient lighting. If there is anything that could be improved is the hot water supply but it was truly overcome with other good qualities that been provided. All & all its a good value 👍🙏

Great Host, Good deal and Convenient. What a wonderful experience! Bryan and his team were an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.  Our family of four stayed in a 2 bedroom-clean apartment, easy check in and check out procedures, Wi-Fi is good, Android TV available, kitchen equipped, bathroom is clean-hot and cold showers work well. The apartment is located just next to one of the biggest malls in town and direct access is available to the mall. Public facilities like a pool and gym are available, an easy pickup area for online deliveries, parking spaces are free. Not forget to mention there is a car wash available at parking level 3, Excellent! Our road trip became more enjoyable. We had a pleasant stay at Bryan’s place, and it is a recommended place to stay indeed.  Thank you
