Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Dukuhpakis

This place was perfect for us. Gojek and transport is easy to sort and you can get to so many places in Old Town really easy. Fadi and his wife are such lovely hosts and came to welcome us. They looked after us so well and the accomodation is lovely. The room is clean and having a TV was amazing, the kitchen has everything so we could cook for ourselves.

This homestay is really homie, there are lots of amenities and facilities, there are even things I brought from home that I didn't use, like mosquito nets, prayer mats and others. It's complete, and the price is really worth it

Thank you, Felix, for providing such a nice place to stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a living room, dining table, and kitchen – everything we needed was there. There were also plenty of towels provided, which was very convenient. The staff was very polite and made check-in and check-out easy and smooth. However, although the house itself is nice, the maintenance could be improved. The small garden in front of the wall was overgrown with weeds, and one of the gate lights had fallen and was left unattended. There was no water heater, but it wasn’t a big issue for us – the water was pleasantly warm and refreshing, especially in Surabaya’s climate. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a little more care in upkeep, this place could be even better. Thanks again!

The place fits 2 people (1 bedroom). Adequate amount of amenities but of great qualities. Overall place is quite as it is quite far from city center. There are food nearby and online food delivery also cover the distance Wifi works well too. feels like home, what a pleasant trip Thanks!

I've stayed here 3 times and it's always satisfying

The place is good, comfortable, quiet. The items are also clean, it just so happens to be wedding in the next door there is this inn. it can be accessed on foot too and not far away because it's next to the passs 😍

The stay was beyond excellent. The host/s were really friendly and helped with absolutely everything I needed. From organising airport pick ups, to bike rentals, to food and places to go. If you need a bike, I recommend to ask the host if he can help provide through his kind staff member Yodi, trust me it will make your life easier than trying to organise through the sketchy dealerships in surabaya. Gym was perfect. Swimming pool was amazing. The jacuzzi always hot. And the main reason I booked was for the sauna! Had a good detox almost every night of the 10 nights I stayed. The gym and sauna etc are nearly always empty which is better. The view from the apartment is so beautiful especially if you like high floors and city vibes. The mall is just downstairs, like literally 1 lift that takes you down. Access to so many food and deserts and an amazing anime store! Using grab is super easy, just put location as Vertu apartments. Best host ive had since using Airbnb. Thank you! ?

nice place to stay, accessible and private

the place is very easy to access, it is also directly connected to the mall which makes it easy to find food / meetings / me time. drinking water, towels, soap and shampoo are available. overall very satisfying

Definitely will come back. Cleanliness of the place as requested. Host and Cohost are very responsive and informative. Easy to find food and needs since it’s connected to one biggest mall in Surabaya.

Vicky responded super quickly and went out of his way to make the place available to us quite spontaneously. Didn't arrive in Surabaya until 12am and yet check-in was super easy. In addition, we were immediately offered a late check-out until 1p.m. Would stay again. Good price-performance ratio.

very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the elevator is not too crowded, access to the lottemart and to the food court is very close just take the escalator, complete and very worth it.

The appartment has a complete amenities, very clean & in a perfect location. Christine is very responsive and helpfull. Lily’s place well located at west surabaya, easy to get around. Secure & easy parking facilities. Clean & safe, you can only go to the dedicated floor only if you have access card and the guard also politely refused to grant access without any key. Beautiful view from 35th floor, full glass panel wall in every room. Quite place to relax with fully equipped kitchen. Strong wifi & sufficient lighting. If there is anything that could be improved is the hot water supply but it was truly overcome with other good qualities that been provided. All & all its a good value 👍🙏

The owner gave us a warm welcome with treats and water. The apartment is very fully equipped and has lovely beds. From the apartment you can immediately exit the mall. There you can shop, eat and do groceries. You are at 20 high so there is no option for outdoor seating. Just a lovely stay.
