French doors lead you to your private floriferous roof garden. Downstairs provides kitchen and bathroom. Access between upstairs and downstairs is via the deck and outdoor stairs, so not suitable for those with mobility issues. If you enjoy colour, comfort and quirky surrounds stay here.

This was a great place to stay with comfortable beds and clean kitchen. The fireplace was an added plus as it was super cold in Dunedin. Also it was centrally located less than 5 mins to downtown.

A secluded and spacious property hidden in the hills above Dunedin. Excellent accommodation with high quality amenities. Enjoyed a cooked breakfast and great hospitality from hosts Leonard and Mandy. A wonderful weekend.

The Honeymoon Suite was perfect for our stay in Dunedin. The view outside the big windows can’t be beat! The bed is huge and the rug was so soft and plush—a downright luxurious experience. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s only a short drive to the city center. I especially appreciated all the amenities that you don’t always get in an Airbnb, like plush robes and snacks. I realized that I had forgotten to pack a razor but luckily there was a fresh disposable one provided.

We stayed at this airbnb with 4 people and there was plenty of space for all of us! While the home is situated about 30 mins by car from the center of Dunedin the drive to get there is scenic and the location is very calm and peaceful. The Royal Albatros Center and the penguin watching beach are only a 5 mins drive away. The house was super cozy and it was a pleasure to stay here. We also used the spa a couple of times which was great to relax after a long rainy day! Over all we would definitely recommend staying here especially for small groups of people!
