Our stay was absolutely magical - from the clean, comfortable, stylishly well appointed home to the gorgeous surroundings, we loved every moment. David was also wonderful, gave clear instructions and was very responsive. 11/10 would recommend - we can't wait to visit again!

I was there with 6 colleagues for a work retreat. The home was spotless with plenty of room for us to spread out or meet when we needed to. The surroundings and the house were both lovely and peaceful. Thanks to the hosts for sharing their beautiful spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would come back in a heartbeat. The house is beautiful, comfortable and so well appointed. It was laid out perfectly for our family with teens upstairs in their own bedrooms and us in the primary suite. The property is gorgeous with views to the front and back and beautiful flowers. We spent happy moments dining outdoors and enjoying the games room. St Paul D’Abbotsford is charming and the home’s location is perfect - privately tucked within an orchard but close to amenities like farm stands, vineyards and a butcher. Granby is near for groceries and we loved the Pain Pain bakery there. We wish we could have brought our bikes and would like to return with time to book paragliding. Next time we stay at Francoise’s, we’ll also make a point of going the first day to the farm stand with the pick your own bouquet option so we can enjoy our selections during our stay. Kids loved the fresh strawberry puree slush there. It’s the little things we’ll remember.

Steve's place is spacious and welcoming. It has all necessary amenities and more. There were 8 of us traveling with 4 adults and 4 kids. The place was big enough for all of us, and the kids had a lot of fun playing in the basement. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to feed our group, from making lots of coffee in the morning to having a quiet dinner at night. The drive to Bromont Mountain was quick and easy, which made it very convenient to ski with the kids. We would recommend Steve's cottage and come back again.

I have stayed in a many rental properties over the years and I have never had a kitchen so loaded with everything a cook could ask for - very helpful! Amazing views and a 20 minute drive to Jay - just a great experience. The property is on a dirt road, which is no joke. Make sure you have the right vehicle for Vermont mud season and you will have the time of your life. Highly recommended!

Clean, bright, well appointed and decorated. Comfortable couch and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Nice outdoor deck and beautiful landscaping. Convenient location- 5 minute drive to Sutton or to the ski hill. Monic was a responsive host and met us at check-in to give us a tour of the space and how to use the appliances. It is helpful to note that both the bedroom and bathroom located in the upstairs loft are partially open to the floor below. So while you may not be able to see anyone in the loft when you are below, you would be able to hear them especially any bathroom sounds. This was not a problem as it was just the 2 of us. We were disappointed that charging our EV using the outdoor outlet was discouraged by the host. Fortunately there were 2 EV charging stations in town, but it is still nice to be able to charge at the house. It was also disappointing that my husband was told to keep his high-end road bike outdoors and while we were told thefts are rare, it was still a risk.

Le chalet donne directement sur le lac, la vue est magnifique. Des plongeons huards nous ont rendu visite. On entend le trafic quand on est dehors, mais l'intérieur est bien insonorisé. Le spa est bien agréable, avec vue sur le lac. Les matelas pourraient être un peu plus fermes (pour qui a besoin d'un fort soutien). Deux chambres ont l'interrupteur à l'extérieur de la chambre et l'une d'entre elle n'a pas d'autre source d'éclairage. Cette chambre n'a pas non plus de table de nuit, ce qui est inconfortable. L'électro-ménager est complet et fonctionnel. Le salon manque de confort : le canapé est adossé directement à un placard-lit, sans appuie-tête pour se protéger des chocs. Ce n'est pas non plus une pièce avec une porte, donc ne peut être considéré comme un bureau, d'autant qu'il n'y a pas de meuble pour travailler (pas grave quand on peut travailler sur la terrasse). Dans l'ensemble c'est très bon et Patrick est hyper-réactif, dispo et très accommodant. Je recommande !

Absolutely spectacular. Extremely friendly and helpful host. Gorgeous location, even better than the pictures. Very nice house. Super reasonable and flexible. Provided firewood and camp chairs. One thing to be aware with the house is that the king bed and air hockey room are open to each other, with no curtains/blinds on the sliding door there, and you have to walk through the bunk bed room to get to the ground level bathroom. Works best if a couple with kids takes the king bed, and the kids take the bunks. Bunk bed room and bathroom have no windows and are a bit stuffy. Limited control over the HVAC (it was set to heat and I couldn't change it to a/c, but I never messaged to ask). There is no insulation or sound proofing between floors and walls so sound really carries. And some rooms need blinds/curtains to block the morning sunlight. Other than these few mild complaints this is an absolutely stunning location and awesome host and I would love to return some day. Thanks Patricia!

Beau week-end relaxant ! Emplacement intime en nature tout près de plusieurs sentiers de randonnée. Le sauna a été bien apprécié ! Seul petit point négatif : la côte a descendre à pieds avec les bagages puisque l'accès est peu praticable en voiture.

We had a wonderful three days in Brad's house. It is a perfect peaceful getaway with spectacular views of the lake. The house was super clean and very well appointed and had everything we needed and more. We hiked part of the Long Trail at Jay Peak, biked the beautiful path on from Newport to Derby on the east side of the lake, enjoyed the restaurants in Newport and attended Mass as the beautiful St Mary Star of the Sea Church. It was delightful stay! We hope to visit again!

Kevin's place is by far the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Everything far exceeded our expectations, and was even more beautiful than any picture could do justice. The house itself is large enough to sleep eight (we were only four), but still felt cozy enough that we never felt lost in it. The entire property is flawlessly clean and perfectly maintained. It's like staying at a postcard quality getaway. Lastly, Kevin is incredibly thoughtful in his dealings with guests, and doesn't overlook a single detail. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

A lovely getaway in the heart of picturesque Knowlton. Within easy walking distance of cafés, pubs, shops, antique stores, and a great bookstore.

We really enjoyed stay at Amra’s place! We would definitely go back again! Only a half an hour from Jay Peak. Amra’s communication the whole trip was impeccable. We really felt at home!

This place was stunning, my first impression was the beautiful view of the water and the mountain range behind. The place was right in my character with its rustic charm. I got up early morning and watch the sunrise over the lake, quiet surroundings, with the peaceful waves crashing ashore, it was heaven. Waking up in the morning to a morning cup of coffee sitting on the dock or the porch was great. I couldn’t have asked for a better place than this. The place is small but was perfect for us. Got a dining table in front of the windows so as you eat you can enjoy the view. If you’re looking for a place to get away from the hustle of the city and enjoy the outdoors this is the place for you. The host answered my questions without issue and didn’t bother us at all. 10/10 would rent again and definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience this beauty. Thank you for a great Fathers Day weekend, we all had a blast!
