Other features include: Wifi , TV’s , a small refrigerator/freezer , microwave, coffee maker and a Private 1 acre lot w/ parking ( 2 cars max). There is no kitchen .

Escape to a stylish retreat in the heart of Wilmington! This charming 3rd-floor penthouse (walk-up) loft blends modern comforts with historic character. (You will need to provide government-issued photo ID to us and a $500 security deposit may be charged at the host's discretion)

Cozy In Law Suite apt in quiet neighborhood 20 minute drive from PHL airport. Fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV. WiFi access. Non-Smoking. We have a screened in porch that you are welcome to enjoy but it's a community gathering. If you enjoy games we have card games, board games and domino. Happy to direct to any local attractions or new events in the area.

Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The studio has been re-imagined as a peaceful retreat for families, friends and couples.
