Excelente servicio y atención por parte de Erik y su mamá, súper atenta, amigable y servicial. Sin duda te hace sentir en casa. En cuanto al alojamiento, se encuentra en un lugar muy tranquilo, seguro y cuenta con todo el equipamiento necesario para unas vacaciones, sin duda, es mi primera opción para cuando regrese a Durango.

Un buen alojamiento en una zona realmente tranquila. El anfitrión se comportó de una manera amable con todas las caracteristicas del alojamiento y dando recomendaciones adecuadas. El espacio realmente agradable y con todas las comodidades para una estar a gusto. Realmente es un buen espacio para quedarse en Durango. 100% recomendado.

The condo is perfect for two. Having the drinking water tap and washer and dryer in the suite was fabulous. We utilized the swimming pool area daily. It was a short walk to the center of the historical area and the Plazuela Machado for access to multiple restaurants. For fresh produce/meat, the Pino Suarez Mercado is also relatively close. We are very familiar with Mazatlan but this was the first time we stayed in a property on Paseo Clausen. We know the road is a busy street and the malecón is a place where local people gather late into the evening, but we were still surprised at the level of noise from the street even 8 floors up. The area is a wonderful place for exposure to a full “Mexican experience”.

The place was just as shown in the pictures! Loved the cozy modern design on the apartment! We loved everything about it! Excelente communication and service from Alejandro always responded timely and super friendly! We came for the Copa Santos Peñoles and will definitely consider staying here again for next year’s tournament! Gracias por todo Alejandro!

El mejor lugar en el que me he hospedado en Torreón. Cercano de buenos restaurantes y shopping. Una vista preciosa desde la azotea y equipo moderno de fitness. La host atenta y amable. Altamente recomendado.

Un excelente lugar, muy elegante y con un sello muy distintivo del alojamiento. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer tu estadía muy cómoda y agradable. Los cuartos están excelentes. Lo recomiendo

excelente opción si necesitas relajarte, es un lugar bastante agradable y tranquilo con actividades al aire libre como lo es el tenis, la vista al mar es hermosa y la facilidad con la que se puede acceder a ella; el personal siempre atento y amable así como el anfitrión, a mi novio y a mí nos encanto volveríamos a alojarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita a Mazatlán.

The location and the furnishings were excellent! We usually stay in the Zona Dorada but the noise at night is very disturbing , so we tried Playa Sur. It is very tranquil and we slept like babies, and there are excelente restaurants, an Oxxo, and markets two minutes walking, and try the fish and shrimp tacos around the corner for 30 pesos. The condominium has natural wood furniture and decoration, a balcony two bathrooms and they even left some ground coffee and microwave popcorn for us. It is now our preferred destination.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un paraíso con vista al mar Hospedarme en este departamento fue una experiencia espectacular. La vista al mar es simplemente impresionante; despertar y ver el amanecer desde el balcón fue de lo mejor del viaje. La cercanía a la playa lo hace aún más especial, solo unos pasos y ya estás en la arena. El lugar estaba muy limpio, cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia relajada. El sonido del mar por las noches crea un ambiente perfecto para descansar. Además, el anfitrión fue atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Ideal para desconectarse y disfrutar del mar. ¡Definitivamente volveré!

La verdad todo estuvo muy bien, estuvimos súper a gusto. Fernando fue muy atento y amable a todo, sin duda volveríamos !!!! El lugar es tranquilo, los cuartos son muy cómodos y la ubicación es excelente.

Ubicación inmejorable, playa, alberca privada, alberca infiniti , jacuzzi todo saliendo de la sala a unos pasos. Complejo moderno apartado del ruido, excelente lugar para descansar.

Great host! He was very flexible and helpful.

This was a lovely condo in a great area, right on the Malecon, with a terrace overlooking the park and the sea. It was very walkable, just a short distance to the marketplaces and other parts of the city. Ubers are also always available at very low cost. Our beds were comfortable and the condo was well-equipped. I even found a yoga mat in the closet. The swimming pool and rooftop were beautiful with expansive coastal/sea views. The desk staff were very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back for another stay! You will need to get filtered water for drinking and cooking for a small cost from the staff in the lobby. One note: the elevator broke on the last day we were there, and since we were on the 8th floor, it was a bit of a challenge, but fitter folks would have be fine. The host offered to move us to another location, and also sent her own staff to carry all of our luggage down to the street the next morning. So we could not have asked for a better host or a better stay!

Todo 10/10 excelente lugar y atención

El lugar está increíble, fui con amigos para vacacionar en Mazatlán por 6 días y el departamento de Karime fue la mejor opción, lugar amplio, privado y súper cómodo. Karime fue muy atenta y amigable desde el momento de la reserva y siempre estuvo al pendiente, sin duda volveríamos a reservar en un futuro!
