The apartment's location is excellent, you can walk to the Machado, Downtown, Cathedral, Cerro de la Neveria, Olas Altas, Paseo del Centenario, Clavadista and the Lighthouse; the beach in front is perfect for swimming and walking. You can also rent bicycles and ride along the bike path that is right in front of the apartment and that crosses the entire pier.

It is very important before booking to take into account that the condominium is for a maximum of 8 people, counting children and babies. NO PARTIES AND NO NOISE AFTER 10PM, NO EXCEPTIONS..! Upon receiving the condominium, it is necessary to sign a small contract and leave a deposit which will be returned in full as long as there is no problem.
