Quiet and private setting with large garden and pool. Authentic atmosphere, all comforts, with very spacious and bright living room open to fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with shower room and toilet, laundry room, 2 terraces, 1 of which is covered. The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Come and stay with family or friends in this attractive castle by its charm and its location in a family winery, with a beautiful view of a wooded valley and the vineyards of the Entre Deux Mers. Come in for a real quiet break. A tour of the property and its underground quarries will be offered as well as a full wine tasting! You can visit the region easily: we are 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 1 hour from the coast.

Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
