Holiday rentals with beach access in Durban

This was such a beautiful place, me and my friends are local travellers and this house was competing with very best accommodations we have slept at before . I love the Morden industrial decor and it instantly reminded me of Cape Town. Hossana, was very pro-active, I did not even need to send me him any texts. Beautiful place, worth every cent. Unfortunately we woke up late and we nearly missed our flight so we not able to tidy the place up the way we wanted to.

Thank you for an awesome stay, we truly were treated with so much care. The host was very responsive and made our celebration one to remember.

UNIT: Super-neat, comfortably accommodates 2 adults and the shower’s not too bad. There are a few of these units in the yard so prepare to bump into other guests in the parking lot and swimming pool area. LOCATION: Safe, a walk away from the beach, bars and restaurants. UberEars and Checkers Sixty60 deliver quickly too. HOST: Quick to respond. Very friendly. WOW FACTOR: The cleaning staff are such wonderful people.

We had an absolutely wonderful three days in Kathy’s place. The photos don’t do the place justice. The views are incredible… we chose staying in and enjoying the views over eating out. The beds and furniture are so comfortable and the place is beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and Kathy was so responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved the peace we felt in her home and will undoubtedly be back soon. Highly highly recommend!!

Beautiful spacious apartment overlooking the ocean. Liesl was such a great host and made sure that our stay was amazing and that our check-in was seamless even though we arrived very late in the evening. It was 10/10, the place is amazing, the location was great, and the host was great as well.

Rocky and Kerry are absolutely wonderful hosts and went above and beyond. The place felt like a holiday but comfortable like home aswell. The location is ideal you don’t need to drive anywhere. I will definitely be back when I visit Umhlanga again. Everyone that visited me thought it was stunning. What a beautiful place to stay and it has everything you need.

We had a lovely time - way to short, but enjoyed every minute. Peaceful surrounds and great walking trails. Jan is very responsive to messages and provided useful information as well as clear instructions.

Melissa was the BEST. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had! The place is absolutely beautiful and truly became the highlight of our vacation. The check-in process was smooth. It was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this place and I am definitely going back.

What an absolutely amazing place, totally worth it i can not use anyother words but stunning ,stunning ,stunning!! I was extremely impressed by the entertainment my little one had with all the toys. That was a big plus and the house was in such great condition everything worked and everything was perfect, the fact that there was shower gel,milk little muffins and so much more provided shows the attention to detail and care of the hosts amazing hospitality,she was so friendly and always available for assistance, not that we needed any but it was definitely a wonderful stay. This is my second time staying here and it was absolutely amazing. The place still looks as beautiful as it did in 2022. The place is well looked after. The beds a VERY comfortable (I need the name please🙈). Overall sis Lulu’s place is worth every cent and I will definitely be going back again. Sis Lulu I know my toddler was a bet loud apologies for that 🙏🏾.

Wow, what an amazing house! Stunning with plenty of room and right on the beach. Everybody who went just loved the place and can't wait to go back. Grant is a very friendly host, he checked on us while still on route, he waited for us even though we were running late. He welcomed us with a friendly gesture, showed us his place, and his to manoeuvre around. Every single day of our stay, he was always responsive in case we needed some help, he sends us a message after our first night, to check on us. The place is serene, beautiful and spotless. We truly enjoyed our stay 💯

A very nice place in Umhlanga, conveniently located with very nice views. Responsive hosted who readily assisted when l was struggling to find the place. Would highly recommend for solo and family accommodation.

great apartment, excellent location and value for money

Great location for a family. Private and quiet, yet an easy walk to beach and restaurants. Sandra the housekeeper was amazing!

We have just completed a 3 week stay with 4 adults sharing Loren's place. In our opinion it is the perfect place to stay if visiting Ballito. The apartment itself is large, very clean and extremely well equipped. The complex is very well maintained, in particular the pool and garden areas. It is also situated in an ideal spot with direct access to the boardwalk and beach, and is a within a short walking distance of shops and restaurants. Parking is secure and undercover. We can't add much more to all the other positive reviews which are spot on. For any golfers, we would highly recommend Umhlali Country Club golf course which is a 10 minute drive away.  Thanks especially to our hosts Loren, Deon and Viv who are on hand and very quick to respond should you need anything.

Wow I really had a great time. The place was so beautiful and so peaceful. The place is more beautiful live, but what you see is what you get.

Nicely laid out space for a group-share: four independent rooms, each with an en suite full bathroom. Proximity to beach is excellent. The condo is outfitted with everything you'd need--from kitchen gear to beach towels, etc. We were a group of seven attending a wedding and had a great time in the space. Trish was also very helpful: when one guest forgot his passport in the condo, she was quick to let us back into the space well after checkout. I would recommend Trish's place for anyone looking for a fun pad to connect with family and friends, beachside.

I booked the place in a bit of a rush and only realized upon arrival that I had actually stayed in the exact same unit a couple of years ago — what a surprise! It was just as great as I remembered. Jason was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed me a late check-out, which I really needed and appreciated. Everything went smoothly with no issues at all.
