Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Durrës

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Alex’s place was perfect. The spacious house easily accommodated our two 2+3 families and its garden let our kids play for hours. Please note the following, which has not been covered by the property’s description. ⁃ The path connecting the main road and the house is in a very poor condition. The tarmac is almost nonexistent, so it should be considered a dirt road and in the end you will be surprised by a short, but extremely steep hill. It may be a problem if you have a rental car with no dirt policy. ⁃ The house itself has two separate flats on a ground and first floors. There is also a third flat on the top floor, a holiday retreat for the owner, who lives abroad. He came for a few days during our stay, but was more like a ghost, we hardly ever noticed his presence. ⁃ The nearest beach is only a few kilometres away. It’s close, but you need a car. ⁃ The nearest shop is 650m away. You can reach it on foot and you can pay by card.

A wonderful calm apartment in the city center of Durres. You can sit outside in the private yard and enjoy warm summer evenings or go for a walk to different cafes and restaurant around. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Ich war für zwei Tage mit meinem Sohn in Durres. Bojken war bei der Anreise hilfreich und mir meine Fragen immer schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt an der Straße, ist aber sehr gut zu erreichen. Sie bietet ein herrliches Ambiente und die nötige Ruhe. Die Wohnung ist hell und neu. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Das Bett ist super komfortabel und schön fest. Das Badezimmer ist kleine aber ausreichend. Das Beste waren Bojkens Eltern, die auch in der Unterkunft wohnen. Wir konnten uns zwar nur mit Händen und Füßen verständigen, aber es war durch und durch herzlich. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

I recently stayed at Alba Villa and had a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean and offered a stunning view that made our stay truly memorable. The owner was exceptionally helpful and flexible, providing us with all the information we needed and ensuring we were well taken care of. Their hospitality was outstanding, making us feel right at home. The only minor issue was that the road leading to the villa was not well-maintained, which made it a bit challenging to reach the property. However, once we arrived, everything else was perfect. I highly recommend Alba Villa for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Jeni was a great host and friendly. Easy to communicate and helpful with questions about the area. The house was as described and had all the facilities required. The surrounding area is very beautiful and peaceful. I would go and stay again and would highly recommended this.

Wir waren eine Woche hier und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns viele Tipps für Strände, Essen etc. gegeben. Die Wohnung ist riesengroß, sehr modern und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir haben die Abende sehr gern in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt, um die Gegend um Durres und Tirana herum zu erkunden. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit und es gibt eine ganze Menge zur Auswahl. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig, in einer Art Dorf oder kleinem Ort mit Supermarkt, Bäcker, Cafes, usw. Alles da. Erblend's Ferienwohnung können wir ohne Abstriche jedem weiterempfehlen und würden gern auch mal wiederkommen.

Decent place, right off the main strip. 1 block from the beach. Markets and restaurants all over. There’s a small kitchenette on the balcony. The internet kept going in and out. I told him I needed stronger internet for work. I thought he would move me to a room closer to his router. Within an hour he installed a router right outside my door! Problem solved and it will not be an issue for future renters. I was very impressed.

Everything was perfect. Location, apartment, view and contact with Erald. Owner of flat was so caring and communicative. I will come back for sure in the future!:)

My family stayed at the aparyment and I had also the chance and pleasure to visit. Very beautiful apartment with all you need to have for a short or even long stay. The kitchen, rooms and bathrooms had all neccesary things to facilitate your stay. The apartment was super clean. Near the apartment you may find various very nice bars and restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets. The host, Jurgena was very nice and sweet person. Very helpful for mu family needs. Apartament bardzo ładny w pełni wyposażony w super miejscu. Jedyny mały minus to pozostawione prywatne rzeczy (ubrania, kosmetyki, zabawki) gospodarzy w każdym z pomieszczeń co jest trochę mało profesjonalne. Po za tym *****

Utomordentligt bra alternativ för stor familj eller flera familjer samtidigt. Vi var 3 familjer med 6 vuxna och 6 barn. Förutom 4 sovrum med 4 toaletter med dusch, kunde vi umgås gemensamt i det stora allrummet och på den fantastiska altanen med fantastisk vy mot havet. Närheten till havet, endast ca 1 minut gångavstånd, tacksamt att bo nära om någon behövde gå på toaletten. Närhet till både restauranger som värden rekommenderade och matbutiker där vi kunde handla och tillaga vår egen mat i köket, när vi valde att äta i lägenheten. Kommunikationen med värden mycket bra.
