Very nice apartment close to the beach and the restaurants!

Pratique , pratique , pratique !! Arrivée et départ autonome. Hôtel réactif et agréable. Idéalement situé pour visiter Durres. Ni trop proche du centre , ni trop loin. Les places de parking sont un peu rock n roll , mais nous avons réussi à nous garer tous les soirs. 👍🏼 Le plus qui fait le charme de l’appartement , Valentin laisse à disposition le nécessaire pour faire un petit tableau déco, si l’inspiration vous en dit.👨‍🎨 Et ils sont accrochés en déco, en plus! Je recommande cet appart volontiers. 👌🏼👍🏼 *Attention pas d’ascenseur pour les personnes qui ont des pbm de genoux.

My family and I visited Albanea for the first time. Having a good place to stay was essential. Clean, organized place with space for my baby to walk around and a wonderful view of the sunset. I highly recommend it. Looking forward to returning next holiday 😍

Ein Ort, den ich wärmstens empfehlen kann. sehr gute Wohnverhältnisse. Alle Geräte inklusive. Sogar das Waschmittel war da :). Der Garten war sehr schön und man kann sowohl am frühen Morgen als auch am Abend Kaffee genießen. Genug Platz für zwei Familien. Der Strand war zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr kommunikativ und schlug verschiedene Orte vor, wo wir hingehen könnten. Ein Ort, an den ich gerne zurückkehren würde.

Place is exactly like on the pictures, includes all the basics and more you need. 2 minutes wall to the beach. The apartment is located in a more piece full side of the beach which we really enjoyed. Plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Private own parking. Clean apartment. We spent a great week there.

We had a wonderful stay in Durres. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Vin en Ola zijn de beste host die ik tot nu toe heb ontmoet. Tirana/Albanië blijft een onvergetelijke ervaring. Mijn verblijf was absoluut geweldig. Vanaf het moment van reserveren voelde ik me heel welkom. Vin en zijn familie zijn ongelooflijk gastvrij en vriendelijk, waardoor ik me direct thuis voelde. Wat dit verblijf zo speciaal maakte, was hoe behulpzaam de hosts waren. Ze gingen echt boven en buiten om mijn verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Of het nu ging om tips voor lokale bezienswaardigheden, hulp met het regelen van vervoer, of gewoon een gezellig praatje, niets was teveel gevraagd. De ruimte zelf was schoon, gezellig en perfect uitgerust voor een ontspannen verblijf. Het voelde alsof alles met zorg en aandacht was voorbereid. Ik had alles wat ik nodig had en meer. De locatie was ook geweldig. Dichtbij het hart van Tirana. Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug! Dank Vin en Ola!

Fantastic accommodation in the city centre. Difficult parking, but easy access to the center. Beautiful interior, everything clean. Definitely TOP accommodation.

Wir waren insgesamt acht Nächte bei Fredi zu Hause und haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft sah aus wie auf den Fotos und er hat uns sogar noch Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Er hat uns jeden Tag jeden Morgen ein Kaffee gebracht und war immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist ein geheimtipp, da sie total ruhig liegt und man die Stadt super zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ich empfehle sie weiter.

la casa era molto facile da trovare e la zona molto tranquilla. La casa era come nelle foto, molto pulita ordinata e con tutto il necessario al suo interno. L’host era molto disponibile e veloce nelle risposte. Consiglio questo appartamento. Io mi sono trovato benissimo.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Lejla's Unterkunft. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und half sofort bei Problemen. Ihr selbstgemachtes Essen schmeckte sehr, sehr lecker. Die Gastfreundlichkeit ist für deutsche Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich. Die Menschen haben uns jederzeit geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We (family of parents and three grown children) stayed at Ester’s beach house in Lura 1 north of Durrës. The house worked well, and we especially enjoyed the spacious and pretty veranda. We spend many hours there. We faced an issue with the aircondition and the owner of the house called for a workman and stayed for the 3-4 hours it took to fix it, so that was taken care of in a very professional way. The house is perfectly located just 200 meters from the beach and a little supermarket. The beach is good with fine, white sand. The restaurants along the beach were so so, we found a restaurant a little further up the beach called Aqua (located in Lura 3), which we highly recommend, but also a bit more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. All in all a good stay which we can recommend for a family and Ester is very easy to communicate with and replies fast.

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. Everything was very clean and as written in the description/shown on the Fotos. The beach is reachable by foot within a few minutes. Lola, who is the host of the apartment, is very friendly and helpful. We didn't meet her in person, but she was always very easy to reach. Thanks to the additional information (location of the apartment and even a short video on how to get there by car) she sent us, we were able to find the apartment very easily. If we had any questions, she responded very quickly and, above all, very helpfully (for example, she found us a suitable cab to the airport). All in all, I can highly recommend the apartment, we really enjoyed our time there.

Lovely, spacious, very clean apartment with everything we needed. Having two shower rooms was great with 3 boys needing a shower after the beach. Nice, clean kitchen area with plates, equipment, cutlery for preparing meals etc. Air con was in every room. Location ideal, minutes from the supermarket and about 10min walk to the beach/cafes. Lots of free parking. Can use pool if you'd like. Had a great time thank you.

Very proactive host with detailed instructions to get inside the unit. Also great tips on restaurants nearby and things to do. Christian helped us to extend our stay in Durres at a super modern apartment after we checked out. It was last minute request and we are very grateful he can accommodate us at one of his other listings. Truly very responsive super host! Definitely recommend! Hope to visit Durres again in the future...we enjoyed our stay here! Best Gabriela

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft und es war traumhaft schön. Luxus pur! Die Einrichtung, die Details, alles so geschmackvoll und durchdacht, so dass man am liebsten garnicht wieder weg möchte. Die Highlights sind natürlich der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon, die Lautsprecher für Musik in allen Räumen, die Lichter und der tolle Blick auf das Meer...ach ich kann einfach nicht aufhören zu schwärmen! Dazu kommen noch die unwahrscheinlich lieben Vermieter, die stets schnell geantwortet haben wenn es eine Frage gab! Also, wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter, wir haben es sooo sehr genossen! Danke für Alles Uwe und Silke

The location was great. The view from the balcony is incredible! It's not a five-star hotel, but the apartment had everything we needed. Redina was always in touch and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the great attitude to guests!

What a beautiful Airbnb! Literally on the beach and the beach walk has a lot of restaurants and bars that are really nice! The pictures don’t do this Airbnb justice, it was beyond our expectations. Would recommend 1000%

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand gelegen, Balkon mit Meerblick. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Saimen ist ein top Gastgeber. Er hat und bei allen Fragen und Problemen sofort geholfen. Keine Minute mussten wir auf eine Antwort warten. Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Vielen Dank für alles!

Martin’s apartment was a perfect spot to explore the south part of Durres Beach. Supermarket right across the street, 3 short blocks to the beach, 2 blocks from the bus stop to take you up to Durres proper. Very comfortable bed, serviceable kitchen, bright bathroom. He was very responsive with any issue that came up. A good value- I recommend it!
