Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Our open A-framed home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a jacuzzi and comfortable beds and linens. It's well prepared for families. We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. The drive to Newport is a rather scenic 10 minute drive over the bridge. You may be tempted to stay in, as the open floor plan and thoughtful decorating make for a pleasant accommodation. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with a stove top (no oven), microwave, and mini-fridge.

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.
