AMAZING stay at Neil’s Airbnb! It was so close to the beach! The beach chairs were great and had extra beach towels! Plenty of bath towels too if you have 4 people. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed including cooking pans! We will definitely be staying here again. Also is walking distance to a Mexican restaurant and bar and grill called Phillys finest! Close to dollar general and liquor stores as well. If you’re on the verge of booking I definitely recommend it! I will be recommending to my friends as well!!!!

We got together with friends for the weekend for a festival at Seawalk Pavilion at Jacksonville Beach. The place was a perfect location and perfect vibe for the weekend. It is very cute with great decorations and a beautiful mural on the porch outside. We're glad your place was part of our weekend! The atmosphere added to the fun!

Jackson’s place was perfect for my trip. Easy and quick walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable bed and furniture. Kitchen was well stocked for normal cooking needs. AC worked well. Absolutely recommend staying at this Airbnb.

This home was very nice recently updated, it was very clean immaculate, it had everything you needed with additional amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, all the cooking utensils needed, washer and dryer with laundry detergent. Bed was super comfortable. The rain shower was wonderful with great water pressure. The home was nicely decorated with just enough decorations. Beach chairs and umbrellas were supplied as well. Jackson was very responsive. Reached out to make sure everything was OK and answered questions within minutes. The home was in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and a five minute drive to many shops and restaurants. Love the little patio it had to sit outside! Definitely recommend and if I get back to Jacksonville, I will look to book it again!

We had a great one-week stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, grocery stores, beautiful beaches, and an easy drive to both Jacksonville and St. Augustine. It was also super dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. The backyard was a great space for our pups to play, and there was a nice park nearby. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and great for walking. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a convenient, cozy, and pet-friendly spot!

If you’re booking a trip and this home is available GRAB IT don’t hesitate. This place is absolutely gorgeous the pics don’t do it justice and the house has a lot of items to replace if case you forgot I.e. body wash laundry soap beach towels beach chairs and even charcoal as well as cleaning supplies. I truly felt like it was my house I immediately walked into a welcome note and got right to relaxing and headed straight down the block to the beach. The jacuzzi is a must when staying here and the convenience of the hose to wash off the sand before entering. This Airbnb host is the ideal host for local and non local travelers if it’s just a getaway or a family gathering this place has so much to offer. the beds were amazing and the space wow so much space. The hot water is amazingly hot. The freedom to use what you want as long as you respect the items I would definitely book this house again and will always recommend it to friends and family. This host blew my standards out the water.

We really enjoyed our 11 night stay at the Jacksonville bungalow. It is located close to numerous stores, restaurants, grocery stores, with easy access to I-95. The bungalow was a great size for us, and the interior was of great quality and clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the bath and kitchen were great. It was a very comfortable place to relax, in a very walkable, quiet neighborhood. Eric was easy to communicate with, and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this bungalow. In fact, my wife has already looked into another stay closer to the Christmas holidays.

Perfect little cottage for us and it was absolutely wonderful! Quiet, peaceful and relaxing while we were there for my dad’s stay at Mayo. Very close to Mayo and definitely helped us a lot being close to my dad! Everything was spotless and clean, fully stocked with amenities and enjoyed our privacy. Mindi and Rick were amazing hosts, always helped us if needed and they were so sweet!

This stay was amazing. Alissa has made this a beautiful, cozy, renter-friendly beach hide away. We were in the area to visit Mayo hospital and it was an extremely easy drive and so nice to come back to Alissa's to relax after that. She was super accommodating with an early check in and even noticed in my profile I like donuts and left me the BEST local donuts when we checked in. She has tons of personal touches throughout the house that make it feel more like luxury with oversize bath towels, tons of phone chargers and the best smelling soaps/lotions. The beach was a short walk away and great food/dessert options are walkable as well. This has been a great place to stay and will be booking again for my next visit to Jacksonville Beach.
