Cozy apartment "Alba" with two bedrooms!

Spacious apartment in the wide center of Blagoevgrad. Very close to the Liddell store, as well as to the universities in the city. The apartment has two bedrooms with beds (144/190 and 120/190), a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen with a large table, a comfortable bathroom, as well as a terrace from each unit. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. It's a 10 min. walk to the perfect center. There is a free parking space behind and across from the building, parking is paid during the week in front of the building!

Cozy villa on 2 floors, with its own salt water pool and heaters, pleasant for the body temperature. It's used between April and October). Convenient decking coverage in the pool area. Extensive patio with cherry trees, and a lovely grassy rug for walks. Barbecue available. The place is secluded, it is a forest around. The village has a shop for essentials. Kyustendil is about 12 km away. About 50 meters from the house there is a spring with lovely drinking water from the mountain.

The place was very clean and tidy and it is very well equipped with everything one might need. It is not far away from the highway in a remote small village. We felt at home immediately and it was perfect for 1 night stay. Owner’s parents met us but they spoke only bulgarian and that was a bit of a challange, but in the end everything worked out ok. We would love to come back in the future.

Tsveti is a great host - easy communication, smooth check-in & out, helpful and friendly! The house is very cozy, at a perfect location with easy parking. Temperature in the room was constant - on a hot day or a chill night, it was perfect. The place has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped, there is also an outdoor area. We loved the village - even in the summer, after sunset it gets fresh and chilly. There are so many fruit trees on the road and in abandoned houses so we took advantage of this opportunity. 🤭 We definitely want to come back to explore more of this area as the place has powerful energy that attracts.

The most important thing about this apartment for us was the location location location!!!! It is a nice and quiet apartment even though it is on a busy street. Pretty much everything you need is there. The hostess was so accommodating and so nice. She had the best smile. Very good communication and quick responses.
