The cottage is open style living opening on to a decking with bi fold servery windows from the kitchen.Decking with outdoor seating ,umbrella and barbecue overlooks a large grassed area surrounded by natural bush.The living area has double opening doors leading to the decking .Living area has a comfy couch ,Smart T.V , R/C aircon and a wood burning fire.The large bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .There is a travel cot suitable for a baby.Well supervised dogs are welcome. Interior of this retro 1980s van has been lovingly decorated with sumptuous red velvet soft furnishings and non toxic, eco paint. Basic but functional small kitchen. Comfy double bed located behind a partitioned concertina door Lounge area can convert to bunk beds for 2 kids.

Reverse cycle aircon in family/dining area & bedrooms.Two bedrooms have queen beds both with built in robes and ceiling fans while third bedroom has trundle bed in single size, plus desk. There is a Porta cot with linen that can be set up, plus a high chair and stroller if needed. Quality bed linen, pillows, doonas, bath & beach towels are provided.

The Little Wren Farm, Lake Clifton

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.

If public transport isn't for you, Fremantle is only a short 25 minute drive.
