The farm backs onto the Serpentine National Park and is a short walk from Serpentine Falls and Munda Biddi trails. Perfect for a quiet, restful weekend or for those explorers with an adventurous spirit!

You’ve found it! This cosy little cabin is tucked away in an elevated position just metres from the river. You’ll enjoy your own private lawn area. It’s perfect for couples seeking peace and quiet, or a romantic getaway. Across the farmland often has cattle or horses grazing. Follow the zig-zag path leading to the jetty. Tie up your own boat if you have one or launch a kayak and explore downstream. Restaurants shops and cafes are nearby. The property has a security camera in the car park.

With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

Your baseline booking provides for 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6. The 4th King Bedroom is available UPON REQUEST, for an additional booking fee, providing for up to 8 guests. Our character cottage along side our home is yours to enjoy, close to the Estuary, just a 2 minute walk, where you will often see Dolphins. You’ll love our rustic cottage because the location is very peaceful with many trees & birdlife. Pushbikes available to use for a ride along the estuary front. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers or anyone wanting a relaxing rustic break on the way south. Fully self contained, ideal long or short stays.
