Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Dzemul Municipality

The house is super cute, much better than what you see in the photos. The beach is spectacular , you can walk at least 200 meters in the sea. Ideal for kids. By the winter time the pool was very cold but otherwise everything was excellent. Mariana's service was excellent, she was always beyond what I expect, recommending all kinds of activities , making us always feel at home and very spoiled. I definitely hope to be back very soon.

The house is very modern, although a bit outdated. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds super comfortable. The location is of course unbeatable - less than 20 meters away from the beach. You fall asleep to the sound of waves - just wonderful. The small pool was always good for cooling off. Mirza responded super quickly to every request and small problems were immediately eliminated. The fact that our dogs were allowed in this accommodation was very lucky. They also felt super comfortable. Although the house was right next to a hotel, you could hardly hear anything about this hotel. In the house there is a brand new washing machine, but it can only wash cold. And an oven in mini format. The kitchen equipment is for 2 people instead of 6. That was the only drawback. And that there is no hot water in the kitchen. If you don't cook much, you won't have a problem.

Superhost and house itself is large and great value for money. Living on the beach is something special. Looked like surroundings where affected by the storm, only one palm tree still standing on the plot/beach etc. Michael was quick to reply on the issues we had during our stay.

This home is an absolute diamond. It is less like an air bnb and more like a five star resort experience. Firstly, Luis, is absolutely remarkable in every way. He is attentive to the guests and a joy to have as a host. I have never had an air bnb host as wonderful and present as Luis was. Everyone in my trip absolutely loved him. Secondly, the home is the most beautiful home I have ever been in. The way it has been decorated with a beige and vanilla color scheme makes you feel like you're living in Heaven. Every detail of the home has been finely attuned including the easy access to the beach, just feet away from the private pool. For now, the beach is mostly private as we saw no one there the entire time. The ocean is a clear turquoise color and I felt healed by just resting on that peninsula. You may want to rent a car as the house isn't close to town, but that is what makes it special, absolute privacy to be in your own sacred space. Thank you all!

Our stay at Marilu’s place during Christmas was fantastic! We loved the house’s location since we were looking for a peaceful, safe and quiet area. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook, relax by the pool y use the good-speed internet to watch movies at night. While we went to the supermarket on the way from the airport, there are nearby convenience stores less than 10 minutes from the house. As a host, Marilu was very accommodating and provided great local tips. An easy 5-star rating from my side. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you.

A complete Magical Gem! Really magical ambiance, true history and family feel, love the amazing extras like the clay cooking pots and the musical instruments. The top of the structure is like nothing I have ever experienced, a LightHouse like no other! Emily and staff were all amazing and attended to us like family, all was very comfortable, private, and peaceful for our stay. Will absolutely be back again!

Our stay was really great. The apartment surprised us by how modern and impeccable it was, both in cleanliness and in the general state of all its areas. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, which made our family experience even more enjoyable. We were very happy with all the service and honestly impressed with the level of quality, especially considering that this is an apartment located in a slightly distant area, what we imagine represents an additional logistical challenge. Congratulations on maintaining such a high standard! As a constructive suggestion, we think it would be helpful to add some basic signs within the apartment or building. Being foreigners, it would have helped us to have visible information about common aspects in a beach building, such as the hours or location of the garbage depot, the operation of the water system, among other practical details.

Very good Villas, highly recommended and super nice hosts

Better than what you see in the photos. The apartment is super comfortable, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need to relax and spend a few incredible days. The building has amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, terrace with barbecues, even a small cafeteria/restaurant. Despite the season, we were able to enjoy the beach, which had calm, clean and shallow waters, which is ideal for small children. Alex was super attentive the whole time, and resolved any questions and issues. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%

As seen in the photos, with everything announced and according to the listing, Gilda is an excellent host always paid attention to us, resolving doubts, sending us quick and effective responses despite an external theme due to the force of the wind, she resolved it immediately. THANK YOU with pleasure we returned and if I can contribute consider taking a car I rent one because you have to move about 20 minutes to find more restaurants or some amenities that is compensated with tranquility and privacy. 😎🏝️ The clean place and with everything you need for a nice stay

It is my second visit, again we have been very comfortable, the apartment is very nice, with everything you need and more, the area is very quiet for those looking to relax and of course the spectacular view. Michael is always very attentive to our questions and needs. As always widely recommended!

Perfect for disconnecting

Luxurious! The Airbnb has everything you need and more for a relaxing stay and rest. Besides the fact that the hosts are on the lookout for what you might need, you can trust them - we forgot a passport in the place and Michael helped us get it back. It's a bit far from everything, but it has the advantage that you have access to a private beach, it's the ideal place to rest.

Michael is extremely responsive. I was particularly impressed with his willingness to arrange our stay even when I booked my stay on the same day of arrival. Perhaps, even more impressive was his overall attitude and "can do" approach when I notified him that kitchen appliances (blender and coffee maker) were not functioning properly. I sent him pictures and he personally showed up with a replacement and within a day, he sent new boxed appliances. Also, upon arrival I let him know of things which needed to be cleaned, and he sent his cleaning staff the following day. This space is well designed and well suited for families (staircase is rather narrow so do keep that in mind). Michael is a phenomenal host! I will return very soon for runs on the beach!

The perfect place to disconnect from the routine and spend a few quiet days connected to nature. Addy is super attentive and putting us available to anything you need to have fun to enjoy. We'd love to be able to come back another time.

A place to happily isolate. Very cool rooms even in the hot season. Accepting our dog was the main criterion.
