Mökki means “cottage” in Nordic Finnish. Please spend your time as you like in a special space that is detached from your daily routine. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho in northern Nagano Prefecture, blessed with forests, lakes and snow. There are nature-rich sightseeing spots such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri, and Togakushi in the vicinity. The building of the pioneering era was renovated fashionably with plenty of natural materials such as pure cedar, cypress and plaster.We also paid attention to the interior and kitchen utensils so that you can enjoy "living". In the back of the building, there is a forest with a stream, and you can enjoy a walk in search of the blessings of nature, as well as swing hammocks.In the east house by the river, you can enjoy BBQ and bonfires without worrying about the weather. It is located in a villa area on a summer retreat located at an altitude of 900 meters. It is limited to one group per day, so you can spend it without hesitation even if your child comes. Enjoy the view from the cottage overlooking the Kuju Mountains, the sound of various birds, and the light of the stars and the moon shining in the night sky. You can easily experience villa life. This Villa does not provide meals or ingredients. There are few places nearby where you can eat out at night, so you can cook your own meals. The kitchen is equipped with cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. There are also several hot springs 10 minutes away by car. * BBQ in the garden from late April to early October.The cold is strictly not recommended at other times.The furnace in the garden is free to use.A set of BBQ supplies will be set up for you at ￥2,500.Bring your own free of charge. Not in rainy weather due to lack of roof. Welcome to Sunna and Grandfather's Log Cabin_Sun. There are two themes of the sun. The first is "Looking at Gongaksan Mountain". I made the wall diagonal so that I could see Gongaksan Mountain, one of the 100 most famous mountains in Korea, and the sky above it. The second is "Breath, Rest". I didn't paint the room at all and finished it with cypress wood, hoping that the body and mind of the guests can comfortably breathe and rest. Also, I tried to make the place feel as spacious as possible, and to feel like everything is connected, by not blocking it as much as possible. The Sun is a house that Sunna's father made himself, except for the sink and table set. If you comfortably sit on the deck or the window that the sun is proud of, you can enjoy the dance of the clouds and the wind spreading over Mt. Gongja and the sky above it. The sound of birds and grass bugs moving around, and the sound of the stream across the street that you can hear if you listen carefully will comfort your heart.
