The 420 sq ft space includes a 65" HD TV w/DirectTV service, high speed wireless & wired internet, kitchenette w/convection cook microwave, fridge/freezer, w/many other extras. Unit was recently remodeled with new furniture. 1 Queen bed, dbl recliners, & dinette. (Also, the picture of the front of our property is not accurate - Airbnb uses Google photos 😕)

Kick back in this cozy space, tucked away off the beaten path. This guest suite includes a dining and living space, two queen beds, walk-in closet, private full bathroom, and sleek modern kitchen! The unit is attached to a larger home (where we live with our three boys), but it has an outdoor entrance so you enter/exit privately. Our patio is perfect for eating outdoors. You are a 2-minute drive to the trolley station and a 15-minute drive to downtown San Diego. We hope you love your stay!

Must scramble down park path to the stony shore, but a sandy beach one quarter mile away. En suite/king bed, dog fee $55 per night; 20% discount on that day if you hear potential construction noise

The house is located just two miles outside of Julian. The house is on a hillside which has an amazing view. You can see the edge of Julian, all the way into Anza Borrego and on clear days the Salton Sea is visible from the deck. The patio is a great place to sit, sip your locally acquired adult beverage of choice and enjoy the view. Come enjoy Julian, grab a slice of apple pie and sit back and enjoy the slower side of life.
