Perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking to not spend much time in the house. Great location, clean, walkable, and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Centrally located and very close to beaches, restaurants and bars. Friendly hosts who communicate effectively and proactively.

This was our second time staying here and it’s such a great little spot within walking distance to everything OB. We will always check to see if this place is available when visiting friend in San Diego. Everything is exactly as described and William gives clear instructions so it’s hard to imagine someone having an issue with check in, local info, etc.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Hugh’s place. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated as shown in the listing photos, and surrounded by an amazing garden. The bed was super comfortable, the location was quiet and close to everywhere we wanted to go in Encinitas. Hugh was a very welcoming host. We hope we’ll have the opportunity to stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

My fiance and I had an amazing time at Lucas's magical off-grid oasis. Lucas was extremely helpful & responsive when we had any questions. Peaceful, secluded, exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub was a lot of fun and really cool hiking nearby. If you're looking for a camping type vibe with a bit more amenities and a ton of privacy, this is your spot. Highly recommend and we would stay here again!

Great location and very well kept. Beach bungalow/ cabin vibe. Walking distance to anything and everything around Ocean Beach, which is so fun and lively but still peaceful! The cliffs down the road are a bit dangerous and windy but with the right shoes, so worth the views. We didn’t realize the hot tub was shared with 2 other units on the property but we got lucky and had no trouble using it when others weren’t and barely noticed our neighbors- they were very quiet. Owners were great and responded within seconds!

Reasonable price for a last minute place to stay when the water went out at my own house. Be sure to put in the address given for GPS and not the street address. House was clean. A bit tricky stepping down onto the first step from the loft onto the ladder. House rocked a bit when someone walked around, but not a big issue. Very easy check-in. Happy with the stay!

Lana and Alex's cottage is a great place to get away from it all (literally!). It's a comfortable little cabin right near Palomar Mountain State Park (which is where I needed to go) and it was perfect for our stay.

Joe's place was decorated very nice. His furniture and appliances were in great shape. He did a terrific job with the place, It felt more roomy than other Tiny Houses that we have stayed in before. Joe was a fantastic host with quick and excellent communication. He also showed a lot of flexibility and assistance with any questions we had. The house is in a nice little community where we found the people and local storekeepers to be very friendly. We were able to walk to a liquor store, convenience store, a great pizza restaurant and the famous Chula Tacos. The overall location was very convenient as well - 10 to 15 minutes to the Airport, Zoo, Downtown, Walmart, etc. With very close access to the 805, 5 and 8 it is easy to get anywhere easily. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges but we always felt safe when walking around. As mentioned earlier, anyone we encountered in the community was also very friendly, so no real concerns. Definitely a very good value.

Had a wonderful stay at the Beach Bungalow! Clean, stylish, and perfectly located near the pier and harbor. Cozy beds, great amenities, and a welcoming host made the experience even better. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Nicole’s house was great. Her house was so comfortable that we felt at home when we got there. Our stay there flew by fast. The instructions she left for us was easy to understand and made checking in the place easy. The house was clean and beautiful. Communication with Nicole was very easy and would reply within a few minutes. She was eager to make our stay memorable. A lot of available parking on the street. I was not worried about finding parking at night. Would love to stay at Nicole’s place again.

The house is super cute and has everything you need. Its clean and in best shape. Checkin was easy. Although it is tiny. I didn't have this experience before but I liked it. It is a place to sleep not to live. And the backyard is perfect to read, eat or just chill. I appreciated it that some basics are provided like oil, spices, dish liquid, aluminium foil etc. Daniel is a great host. He answers quick and gave me good tips for my bike, swim and run training and whats going on in the near area. The house is 15-20mins away from Caelsbad and Oceanside. If you take the bike there is a perfect bike trail not far away down to the coast. The big supermarket brands are all just 5mins away. I enjoyed my 6 day stay very much

Michael's place was great for our Oceanside getaway. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, the space was clean, the area was walkable, and the space was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This is my second stay, with my son, and it was great! We had a great time, great place to stay, great communication, great recommendations. We absolutely love it here! The warm outdoor shower and the view is the best!! Thank you for the great stay, as always! we hope to be back soon!

The Barn is the perfect, quiet place to rest while traveling. I have stayed here before and intend to stay here again.
