This place was divine. We came for a week with our two kids (4&6) and had the easiest most laid back time. We kayaked, walked to the beach, the kids played constantly around the house as it’s right on the water but the yard is fenced off. It was so good you guys 10/10 would book again. And Jeff was the best host. So quick to respond, provide options etc. He rocks.

Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

Ashley’s house is the perfect get away. I booked this house for my family to stay for my wedding weekend. My mom had never stayed in an Airbnb before and I’ve never seen her so happy and relaxed. She truly enjoyed her first Airbnb experience at Ashley’s place. It was exactly as described and the view is beautiful. Ashley was very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had.

Second year renting this house and it once again was incredible. The house, yard, pool and deck were perfect for our young family and dog. Spencer was incredibly communicative throughout the process and we enjoyed many of his listed recommendations! Southold is an amazing area and Seasound is the perfect oasis to stay while enjoying the Northfork!

Fantastic location! We were literally a two minute walk from the beach. The studio apartment was as advertised and we would stay there again. We highly recommend!

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Dan is the most responsive host we've ever had. Usually we got a reply within minutes or even seconds. He happily got the hot tub heated up for us when we needed it and replenished our towels within an hour of our request. That hospitality made our stay so much better. The home is beautiful! It's right on the water, and features lots of luxurious tile, a huge patio, a little dock and lots of windows and open space from which to see it all. We especially loved the hot tub. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm ever on Long Island again.

Loved Samy’s corner unit, which gave us a bit more privacy and quiet than other parts of the property. The studio was as described, with great light and well-cleaned prior to our arrival. Enjoyed use of the tennis courts every day. Only minor disappointment was that we were not yet allowed to use the pool, which we were told would be ready by Memorial Day (we were there one week prior). Still, a worthwhile stay and I’d come back and recommend it to others.

Great spot for a few days in Montauk. Really close drive to town only about 15 walk into town. Great food cart on property open when the weather is good. Amazing ocean views from most rooms hard to find in the Hamptons.

Elizabeth was an amazing host and communicator. Our stay at the cottage on Gardiner’s bay was a wonderful experience. The area is unmatched in its beauty, and the cottage fits in perfectly to the area. Everything you need is there, and town is extremely close by for anything else. We would most definitely rent again as the host/s and the entire trip exceeded all of our expectations! Thank you Elizabeth!

Absolutely loved our stay at Nicole’s property — truly a five-star experience. The home was peaceful, modern, well-appointed, and just steps from a serene private beach that made every morning feel like a getaway. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, checking in personally and providing thoughtful notes that made everything seamless. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. We’re already hoping to return — thank you, Nicole, for a wonderful escape!

Special little piece of paradise! Location is amazing, 5min walk from the beach. The house is spotless and our toddler had a great time playing on the fenced patio. Rohit was a very responsive and flexible on check in. We had a lovely stay and can’t wait to come back!

We very much enjoyed staying in Meredith’s place. The cottage is surrounded by trees so it feels secluded and peaceful. The cottage is elegantly decorated; there were so many nice books around which we enjoyed checking out. Meredith was so nice and responsive. We will definitely go back.

Elizabeth was a wonderful host - we traveled with a toddler and an infant and Elizabeth could not have been more accommodating. She was so responsive and friendly before and during the entire trip. The house and property are absolutely beautiful— you can’t beat being able to walk right down to the beach. Highly recommend!

This was our second time renting Brian's place for a getaway and this stay was as excellent as the last. We love this house so much and Brian could not be a better host. His communication is stupendous; he was always immediately available to respond to any questions we had.

Beautiful home - pristine and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the linens soft and comfortable, and the space very clean. The house is right on the water and very private. We had a wonderful time and appreciated how flexible, friendly, and helpful Marcia was. Highly recommend!

Molly was great to work with she was extremely helpful with turning on some of the electronics. We had six adults all getting ready at the same time for a wedding. Everyone had their privacy but we were able to meet together in the living room and kitchen. I would highly recommend this unit for a quick getaway.
