We are offering accommodation in our new guesthouse. The guesthouse is best suited for a couple, plus a couple, plus a child. It is possible to be a couple plus a child and a baby. "The Tiled House" is a residence of 80m2, of which 50m2 is used by AirB&b guests. 2 beds with possibility of additional bedding. Bathroom and Tea kitchen with fridge. Please note there is no stove. For example, try a hike on the himmerlands trail, a fishing trip at beautiful Simested Å, or visit the lovely Rosenpark and activity park. The area also offers exciting museums.

Cosy guest house, which is an independent building on the old school . The flat is 51m2 and has a lovely south-facing private 28m2 terrace. Combined kitchen and living room, a toilet/bath, an entry hall and a bedroom with one queen size bed and two bunk beds. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is wifi, tv, cromecast and parking near the entry door. Two extra beds can be made in the living room. Bonfire hut, tarzan track, hammocks and a large garden with playground.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
