Our house was recently fully renovated and includes 5 private bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fireplace, full kitchen, and a multitude of outdoor amenities such as a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor bathroom, patio with grill, fire pit, half court basketball court, and a lounge area to name a few. The hot tub is open year round, the pool is open generally from Memorial Day to Labor Day, depending on weather. Located just a quick 10 minute drive to the beach, 15 minutes to Riverhead for shopping, and close to farms and vineyards, there is plenty to help keep busy when heading out for the day. Also very close to restaurants and local shopping to help get a real taste of the Hamptons. We are happy to make recommendations upon booking!

Detached bungalow w/ private bath

Cozy, simple living, in separate guest house w/ use of amenities (shared with our family of 4) including sauna & hot tub. The bungalow/guesthouse features a Queen bed, its own private bathroom (shower), small kitchenette (countertop oven, Keurig coffee maker & small fridge) and loveseat for relaxing. There is a dedicated separate outdoor seating area for 2 guests. 2 Adult guests ONLY, no children due to size of guesthouse and proximity to the pool. Please NO pets allowed since owners have pets

The Hilltop Harborview

Guests will immediately walk past spacious hot tub into a comfortable sunroom where you’ll watch the most colorful, water view sunsets Long Island has to offer! This one of a kind offers a sprawling layout that has 3 queen size bedrooms and 1 king . We can also provide an air mattress for an additional guest. There is a kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher and washer and dryer! This beautiful walking Village has so much to offer! We do allow dogs with prior notice with a $65/dog.

East Hampton (walking distance to village)

Relax by the hot tub and fire pit with local wines or walk to the village for shopping and dining. House is just a few blocks from Serafina and the famous Nick and Toni’s. Complimentary cruiser bikes included to get around town. IGA supermarket is around the corner and gas grill is on site and ready to use. The house is also walking distance to the train station if your coming from Manhattan. The second bedroom features a Murphy Bed that folds out of the wall and over the couch pictured.
