I am the owner. I live in the same building and therefore guests immediately without delay (as usual at the reception) upon arrival, they immediately check in to the room, which has already previously turned on the heating and hot water boiler. The apartment is on the 31st floor Cozy,nice,freshly renovated. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, utensils, bedding, towels, Wi-Fi. Very beautiful and unforgettable view: sea, embankment,lake and "singing" fountains with night lighting

This Deluxe Double Room, "Babuino Room" that faces the historical fountain "er Babuino", features ceiling with wooden beams, Free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, minibar and elettric kettle. The private bathroom's come with a hairdryer, a rain shower, sleepers, and free toiletries. We don't serve breakfast. We have four identical rooms of this type, no elevator.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub in the middle of the living room, a hair dryer and a separate toilet.

You will be accommodated in the dormitory at the Grand Ferdinand and enjoy the amenities of the house. The access to the Grand Etage with rooftop pool is included, for a breathtaking view over Vienna. The city tax (3.2%) needs to be paid on-site.
