Our apartment is located in the Budapest Broadway, at the border of the 6th and the 5th district.The building was built in 1903 according to the plans of Alfred Wellisch and it is in nice condition now. The elevator takes you up to the top floor (3rd floor), where you see wide original cement tiles on the corridor floor. In the corner on the left-hand-side you will find the front door of the apartment. Upon entering the apartment you find yourself in the spacious entry hall. Immediately on the right you find the bathroom no.1, following that comes the laundry then the on left side is the bedroom no.2. If you go straight, you arrive to the huge living room. After entering the living room you can find bedroom no. 1 on the right side. You will locate a "secret" door in there (on the right side). Behind it there is a walk-in warderobe and crossing it you arrive to the bathroom no.2. The apartment has very high quality in every details. We have many designer pieces.:-) Equipment: Wifi, Samsung Smart UHD"46"tv with keyboard, Satellite channels, Washing machine, Iron, Drying rack. Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with milk foamer, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. The elevator in the building is only to be used to go up, after arriving, it has to be sent back to the ground floor.

Also in the area you can rent free floating bikes and shared cars (Enjoy Car2GO ..). It is an area crossed by the longest cycle path in Rome that will contribute to the construction of the GRAB, the great ring road for bikes, It is close to via Cola di Rienzo which is one of the best shopping areas in Rome. It is also a completely flat area full of life and people at all hours of the day so it is also a pleasant walk to the most tourist areas such as the Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese. The house has just been renovated and all the furniture and appliances are new. Prati is the best neighborhood in Rome and is a great starting point for visiting the capital of the world.
