You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

In a large bedroom, a good 180x200cm double bed + big Smart TV, in a smaller one, 2 high-quality 80x200cm beds. In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed (80+80 x 200 cm) from the sofa bed in the back room. Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. This great place is close to everything. The apartment is opposite the City Theater. The balcony also overlooks Valkeinen pond. The city center is a 10-minute walk. Likewise, Kuntolaakso swimming pool, Olvi Arena and Kuopiohalli are within walking distance. You can walk to KYS in just over 15 minutes. Bus stop right next door. You can leave your car on the adjacent street or in the Kuntolaakso paid parking garage. All the apartment's textiles are washed with fragrance-free detergents.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
