Cozy cottage with a separate beach sauna on the shore of the lake. Two separate bedrooms. Behind the kitchen is a sleeping alcove with a double bed. From the hallway to the chamber, where there is a single bed and a sofa bed that can be spread out to a double bed. Kitchen: induction stove, airfryer, microwave and fridge, dishes, summer water from the lake. We bring drinking water with a bucket. Gas grill on the terrace. Composting outdoor toilet. For an additional fee, you can get an extra bed for two. €20/night/person.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.
