The apartment is cozy and great. Nadia was very welcoming, flexible, responsive and helpful. Would definitely contact her again if I ever go to hawariya again.

Generally very good stay. Fehmi was gentleman and always on call. house was decent and very big. beach was close and kids enjoyed the pool. overall fantastic little getaway.

Beautifully designed and decorated villa with plenty of space for different activities! Well maintained and clean as well. Fares was very responsive and friendly and Mourad the concierge was super warm and made my family and I feel right at home. I highly recommend the villa for a great time in Kelibiya!

Kimo and Tlilli are one of the most welcoming people you can meet, they were so nice and helpful. They gave us a thorough tour around the house, and greeted us with a very generous range of fruits, vegetables and fresh food. The place is perfect, better than described, it has all amenities. Well cleaned and spacious. It’s a hidden gem, I would strongly recommend it. Thank you!!

Perfect stay, beautiful house with respect for traditional houses. Atypical furniture.... large house with all the comforts we need. Welcoming hosts, attentive to our requests and very responsive. Perfect clean pool and clean out of sight.. very quiet corner of tunisia. You will live directly with the Tunisians. Turquoise blue paradise beach. Clame even in the middle of a month in doubt. The stay at Sami's went very well, the place is clean, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. I would this property. My family and I are delighted.

Omar was a very flexible and kind host. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The house is a 2-minute walk away from a lovely local beach, with a supérette across the street selling drinks and snacks, but located a bit further out from the main town (you'd need to bike/drive to the nearest pharmacy, butcher, veggie market, etc.). There is also a cute garden with a nice outdoor seating and lounge area; I would recommend this location to groups, as there was plenty of space for all four of us.

The most important thing first: The apartment was practically barrier-free. It was important for me because I'm in a wheelchair. The property (3 floors) is currently only habitable on the ground floor as the expansion of the remaining floors has not yet been completed. The commitment that no construction work would take place on the property during the occupancy was kept. The location is beautiful - on the edge of an existing beach villa settlement. There are no hotels or other apartment houses there - so the beautiful sandy beach is not very frequented - the overall location is quiet and clean. Directly along the property, an unpaved sidewalk leads to the beach. View to the north - sea, view to the south-east - into the green /hilly landscape. During the high season, there are beach bistros and restaurants. However, the quiet location means that you have a car available to be able to shop in the city of El Haouaria (only a few kilometers) (supermarket and open market).

We had a great stay, Mourad is an angel, he welcomed us very well. The house was in line with the photo with a magnificent view. A special mention for the roof where we were able to enjoy a magnificent starry sky. Everything was excellent, the house very clean and close to the beach, I highly recommend it!
