Quiet stay on 76 acres land with pool!

Please read complete description before you book. A short 1 hr. car ride from Mtl will bring you to the picturesque Eastern Townships. This beautiful little century home is located on 76 acres with a forest and meandering streams. The in-ground swimming pool is open from June till September (it's not heated). The house is bright, clean and has a comfy feel to it. It’s fully equipped kitchen, veranda, BBQ, and the campfire is quite the treat. Trails from the backyard will take you into the woods.

Located in Saint-Étienne de Bolton in Estrie, Ch'i Terra is an enchanting area nestled between mountains, lakes and rivers. Possibility of staying alone, with friends or as a couple by renting the cottage which offers three bedrooms, a kitchenette, a stone fireplace and access to the private lake and forest. Cross country skiing, running and hiking can be practiced on the property. Bromont and Sutton downhill ski slopes are a 35 minutes drive away. Jay Peak, Vermont is 1h15 away by car. The surrounding country roads provide for wonderful bike rides.
