Pristine Lake Location in Vermont

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Historic Schoolhouse Minutes From Jay Peak

After a long day of hiking, biking, or skiing, come take a swing at our charming historical cottage. Dating back to the mid 1800s it was one of the first schoolhouses in the area, today it is filled with all the modern luxuries one would need. Our quaint porch is perfect for bird watching or leaf peeping. The inside includes high ceilings, a bedroom and a cozy loft- both with queen beds. French culture is only a 10 min drive away; Vermont culture is abound with maple syrup and warm locals.

Chalet au lac D'Argent à Eastman (accès au lac)

Chalet de 2 chambres situé au Lac d'Argent, Eastman, dans les Cantons-de-l'Est (1h15 de Montréal). L'accès au lac est à 100 mètres du chalet, soit 3 maisons plus loin. Les familles avec jeunes enfants apprécieront la plage de sable et la faible dénivellation du lac. Apportez votre planche à pagaie ou utilisez nos kayaks pour une belle balade sur ce magnifique lac, offrant une vue imprenable sur le mont Orford et autres sommets de l'Estrie. Limite autorisée de 2 véhicules stationnés.

Fabuleux chalet au décor moderne et pur sur un vaste terrain boisé de 2 acres. Trois chambres fermées avec chacune un grand lit King, 2 salons, foyers au bois, et cuisine toute équipée. Bordé à l’est par le lac Memphrémagog et au nord par le lac Orford, le village d'Austin recèle de petits lacs écologiques qui font le bonheur des villégiateurs. À quelques kilomètres se trouvent les monts Orford et Owl’s Head qui font le bonheur des skieurs, des randonneurs… et des golfeurs.

Welcome to Maison Hatley, built in 1884, which combines elegance and modern comfort to offer you a unique countryside experience. You will be charmed by the outdoor area, featuring a fabulous 42 foot long heated lap pool and a summer lounge that allows for pleasant meals sheltered from rain and mosquitoes. The cozy beds, the large kitchen with its central island, and the 2 living rooms with gas and wood fireplaces will make your stay as comfortable as a hotel.

This newly built house is located on our 90 acre property. It is surrounded by an orchard, a vineyard and forest. The quaint and natural setting is perfect for couples, solo travellers or families. Cross country skiing, running and hiking can be practiced on the property. Bromont and Sutton downhill ski slopes are a 35 minutes drive away. Jay Peak, Vermont is 1h15 away by car. The surrounding country roads provide for wonderful bike rides.
