Holiday rentals with lake access in Eastman

Perfect place. Our family was very comfortable there. Extra touch, like having a Christmas tree up in living room, made an even greater experience. Branden was super quick with responses and helpful.

Kevin's place is by far the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Everything far exceeded our expectations, and was even more beautiful than any picture could do justice. The house itself is large enough to sleep eight (we were only four), but still felt cozy enough that we never felt lost in it. The entire property is flawlessly clean and perfectly maintained. It's like staying at a postcard quality getaway. Lastly, Kevin is incredibly thoughtful in his dealings with guests, and doesn't overlook a single detail. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

We had a wonderful three days in Brad's house. It is a perfect peaceful getaway with spectacular views of the lake. The house was super clean and very well appointed and had everything we needed and more. We hiked part of the Long Trail at Jay Peak, biked the beautiful path on from Newport to Derby on the east side of the lake, enjoyed the restaurants in Newport and attended Mass as the beautiful St Mary Star of the Sea Church. It was delightful stay! We hope to visit again!

C'est un en droit magnifique et calme. Nous n'avons pas profité du Pédalo, du BBQ et du feu extérieur même s'ils étaient très faciles d'accès. On a par contre bien profité de la vue imprenable sur le lac, du petit castor laborieux et du p'tit chevreuil qui est venu nous visité le premier matin...De toute beauté...😍

Clean, bright, well appointed and decorated. Comfortable couch and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Nice outdoor deck and beautiful landscaping. Convenient location- 5 minute drive to Sutton or to the ski hill. Monic was a responsive host and met us at check-in to give us a tour of the space and how to use the appliances. It is helpful to note that both the bedroom and bathroom located in the upstairs loft are partially open to the floor below. So while you may not be able to see anyone in the loft when you are below, you would be able to hear them especially any bathroom sounds. This was not a problem as it was just the 2 of us. We were disappointed that charging our EV using the outdoor outlet was discouraged by the host. Fortunately there were 2 EV charging stations in town, but it is still nice to be able to charge at the house. It was also disappointing that my husband was told to keep his high-end road bike outdoors and while we were told thefts are rare, it was still a risk.

Nous avons adoré l'endroit; c'était même plus beau que sur les photos. La quiétude des lieux nous a charmé. C'était plaisant (et ça faisait différent) de passer du temps à l'avant de la maison dans la balançoire ou sur le balcon couvert. Philippe est un hôte attentif et très réactif. Toutes ses consignes étaient bien claires. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Rose et Caro furent de fantastiques hôtesses. Elles répondaient très rapidement et étaient très cordiales. Nous recommandons à tous leur bel endroit!

Très bel endroit proche de la principale . Facile de se déplacer à pied. Endroit très propre et calme . Merci pour le beau séjour.

Le logement était parfaitement situé… Plein de petites attentions si nous avions oublié des choses pour nos soins personnels… C’était parfait!!!

L’emplacement est ce qui est le plus agréable de ce condo. Près de tout; sentiers de marche, centre-ville avec belles boutiques et restaurants, plage juste en face. On peut tout faire à pied.

Modern and beautifullly situated 1 bdrm condo right on the river in the center of Magog. Walkable to restaurants, grocery store and park. Beautiful terrace on the same floor as the condo with sauna and hot tub (neither of which I had the time to try). Easy check in with concierge and very responsive host. Only issue is that it is adjacent to a railway line and a train woke me up at 3:30am! Not sure if that was noted in the write up but something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux ! Dès le début, l’hôte a été extrêmement réactif et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, ce qui nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. On a vraiment apprécié son attention aux détails et le soin apporté pour que tout soit parfait. L’endroit était encore mieux que ce que nous avions imaginé, propre, confortable et très bien équipé. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous ! Merci encore pour cette superbe expérience, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Superbe logement! Nous avons adoré notre séjour en Estrie grâce à ce logement. Super bien situé, dans un quartier super calme et bien situé. Le logement était impeccable et avait vraiment tout le matériel et les commodités pour se sentir comme chez soi! Je recommande fortement ce logement a tout le monde qui compte faire un séjour en Estrie!

Very clean and cozy cottage. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, and peaceful surroundings. It was a great home base for exploring nearby attractions (we enjoyed Sutton, Douglass Beach in Knowlton, driving the Route des Vines, and visiting the Granby Zoo and Montreal Biodome with our toddler). We appreciated the family-friendly features such as the high chair, baby plates and utensils, and baby gates which gave us peace of mind as the cottage spans two floors. Fanny also was very responsive.

Absolutely beautiful Airbnb on the lake. Had a blast kayaking until sunset, also checking out a Spa an hour away. We loved our stay. Very clean airbnb, comfortable bed, relaxing chairs both inside and out by the water. It would be an easy choice to stay here again in the future.

The place was beautiful ! The cabin was near the water and secluded. There is not much around so just bring plenty to do or be ready to travel for anything outside of a hannaford and other small stores a few mins away in the next town. We did bring plenty, and didn’t need to get much. We did have to go to other towns for things to do but we did plan on that. We did get to visit Burlington about 45 mins south but it was well worth the trip. The views were amazing ! The place was definitely to standards and Id recommend for anyone fishing and things like that on the water ! It was clean and had lots of space. Thanks so much for a great stay !!

This was a very cozy place right on the water. Our two adult kids accompanied us and we enjoyed the dock and pool table. Thank you, Stan, for a great stay.

Le chalet bénéficie d’un emplacement stratégique : bien qu’entouré de verdure et parfaitement isolé, il se trouve à seulement quelques minutes de la municipalité d’Eastman, où l’on retrouve tous les services essentiels (pharmacie, épicerie fine, supermarché Tradition, petites boutiques locales, etc.). A quelques kilomètres de là se trouve la célèbre boulangerie Dora, une véritable institution depuis plus de 50 ans, notamment reconnue pour ses beignes. On y trouve également de délicieux plats préparés de type cuisine familiale, que nous avons testés avec plaisir. Le chalet lui-même est impeccablement entretenu, très bien équipé et particulièrement confortable. Les lits sont douillets, l’aménagement intérieur est à la fois fonctionnel et chaleureux. L’atmosphère générale invite à la détente — parfaite pour une véritable cure de sommeil. Nous avons pleinement profité du confort intérieur.

Les lieux étaient propres et chaleureux. La vue était splendide et nous avons aimé le spa! Côté rapport qualité prix, je trouvais ça bien mais un peu dispendieux car la salle de bain était assez ordinaire et la télévision aussi. Je recommande pour 5 personnes et plus, pour l’espace. pour deux, peut être moins, car nous n’avons pas eu besoin du sous-sol mais il y a la tranquillité.
