The owners Nathalie and Jean-Thomas sometimes occupy a 2nd cottage far from the first one at Lac Sauvage. Access to the pond for swimming can be shared with owners.

Located in Saint-Étienne de Bolton in Estrie, Ch'i Terra is an enchanting area nestled between mountains, lakes and rivers. Possibility of staying alone, with friends or as a couple by renting the cottage which offers three bedrooms, a kitchenette, a stone fireplace and access to the private lake and forest. This Swiss cottage is a great place to get away from the city, relax and enjoy the outdoors. Whether it's for reading, sleeping, yoga, drawing, tea or board games; everything is well furnished. The land gives direct access to the river to the walking trail as well as private access for a bonfire. Where the stars shine even more, the beautiful Potton region offers a variety of playgrounds in the heart of nature. It's up to you to discover it!

To stretch out, a 5-minute walk away you have arrived at the Mont-Orford creek-des-chênes trail. Multiple beaches within 10 Km . Ideal for hiking, kayaking, cyclist or simply for nature lovers. In addition, if you feel like it, you will find the city of Magog 15 kilometers away and Eastman 7 kilometers from the house.

Zen Chalet Thermal Experience: Spa/Sauna/River

Peaceful and restorative cottage on the edge of a river. The hot tub, the splendid cedar sauna available year-round and the magnificent river allows you to have a completely relaxing thermal experience. Starting point of a beautiful and wide wooded trail that follows the watercourse (public). Beautiful roads and pretty villages nearby (Ayer's Cliff, North Hatley, Magog, Lake Massawippi, Coaticook...). Very nice bike path in the area.

Our eco-friendly mini-house is situated on 90 acres of land. Explore the forest and surroundings. We are located 7 minutes from Bromont ski resort, Lake side, and 20 minutes from Mont Sutton. The place is very peaceful.
