Apartment ideally located in the city center of La Rochelle, two minutes walk from the central market. It is located in the heart of the historic center, shopping streets, restaurants and the Old Port. Comfortable and bright apartment on the first floor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. I am currently looking for a parking space, I have not yet found one for this year.

This charming 40 m2 apartment is quiet and bright. In the old market district, you will fully enjoy the city center and the old port. It is located on the 2nd and top floor of an old building located in a courtyard. Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.

Located 100m from Fort Lupin, the quietness of the countryside close to the sea. The beach, Port des Barques and the island Madame are 5 minutes away by car. But you can also go by bike (provided with children's trailers and children's bikes). Walking tours.
