The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Full kitchen with induction cooktop/oven, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker and standard coffeemaker, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and cookware/dinnerware/flatware. Large couch with chaise lounge, oversized beanbag, dining table, and chairs. Large closet in main level bedroom, with another large closet upstairs next to loft.

Centrally located to Mt Schweitzer, Lakes Pend Oreille, Coeur D’Alene and the Silverwood theme park.

Cozy Country with RV Space - 10 min to Silverwood

Our shop apartment conversion boasts 1,000 square feet of private living space - a standalone building on a residential country property with landscaped yard and additional acreage. The residence has a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as laundry facilities. There are two private bedrooms with queen beds, and a loft accessed by stair that sleeps 3. Access to trails down our wooded hill and open meadow in back. RV or Tent camping space also available.

Channa Acres: This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 square-foot guest house is an apartment inside a pole-barn building. It is located in the back of our very private forested 8-acre property. There is a covered parking garage, a large patio area with a BBQ, and a fire pit. No charge for pets provided they are well behaved. Always, fresh farm eggs will be provided for you! We are located 13 miles north of Coeur d' Alene, and 10 minutes from Silverwood.
