From the edge of the lush landscape, it has beautiful views of the Hollywood Sign, Observatory, Griffith Park, and the Silverlake Reservoir, and is facing West for lovely sunsets. Beautiful expansive grounds and a nice patio area for relaxing or BBQing. Note: this is the apartment on the ground floor, not the main house and does not have a balcony, but has a patio.

This cosy house is in a prime Silver Lake location. California's best bagel shop, Maury's Bagels, and natural wine shop Psychic Wines, are one minute walk away. We have a small work room for zoom call privacy, fibre optic internet and a newly build balcony with view of the Hollywood sign. Street parking usually easy to find, and we include a map with secret parking spots that are always available.
