very good price for that flat. We slept in 3 different places and this one was best. owner is super kind and respond quickly ☺️ location is really good, a lot of amazing Vietnam food nearby. 15 minutes walk to lake ☺️

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

It’s a gorgeous room in an old French villa, located just few steps from the “Hanoi Hilton”, few other must-visits and some of the best restaurants in town. I rented the room for five nights and the host was always responsive to every inquiries or requests that I had during my stay. Strongly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The highlight was definitely the stunning view — waking up to a panoramic cityscape, lush greenery and a serene lake was truly refreshing. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and courteous. It’s a perfect spot for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with a view. Would love to come back again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Anh Tuan's home! It was spotless clean, very well located, spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Aside from his beautiful home, Anh Tuan was an exceptional host who was always extremely friendly and responsive! He even took us to an Onsen and showed us the city of Hanoi!! Really cant recommend his home and him as a host enough!! Thank you so much!!!

I’ll be returning here every time I am in Hanoi!! Minh Anh’s place is perfect in that it is so close to the old quarter but just across the street so it is much more peaceful. There is an overpass bridge you can pass which makes coming to and from the old quarter easy. The space is beautiful and clean. The showers have great water pressure. Everything is in clean and modern condition. There is also a washing machine. Minh Anh is also very responsive and helpful. Just a 10/10 stay in Hanoi. Lastly, if you are an expat the WiFi is really good and much better than what a hotel can offer!

Nice place in a great location. Nearby vegan restaurant was some of the best food we’ve ever had (and we’re not even vegetarian 😂). Many things to do nearby… movie theater, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurants, supermarkets and a lake all within walking distance. Really nice area with lots going on, full of life and community. Chung was a great host, always very quick to respond and helpful. Very safe as well. Definitely would recommend!

We stayed at Thuy’s Airbnb for one day, one night to enjoy Swanlake park and the local restaurants and dessert. They are great hosts and we felt very comfortable in the home. Bath tub was great to use for our son, and we enjoyed the wide sidewalks in the neighborhood and the park across the street. There are more restaurants nearby, walkable, than visible on the Internet and Google maps.

We rented that flat 1 month. The host is very friendly and helps where she can, and she responds so quickly. The flat was clean and cozy. The Ecopark area is so beautiful and green with a lot of shops and entertainment. There are no disturbing noises or loud neighbors. This apartment is highly recommended if you search a green and peaceful area.

Beautiful house, I'll come again if I have the chance

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood with lots of greenery by the water and full of shops and restaurants. There are virtually no tourists and you feel completely immersed in Vietnamese culture. Due to the height on the 31st floor, it is quiet and the view is great. Diagonally opposite, you can see an old temple! Nice neighbors, conveniently arranged and very affordable!

So sad to leave I WISH I could stay forever. Firstly the hosts are AMAZING they provided super good recommendation the bun cha around the corner seriously is one of the best I’ve had in the city. The house is also surrounded by cute cafes with great drinks. But if you are lucky and the host family are in they will invite you for coffee upstairs their coffee machine is amazing. Another great feature of the house is the toilet. It’s JAPANESE I was finding excuses to sit on that thing and press all the buttons, the drying feature is CRAZYYYY, like a warm hug :))) I would HEAVILY recommend this place anyone who wants a great local experience of Hanoi the hosts are so welcoming and have lived in Hanoi forever, true locals with all the insider tips and tricks!! You won’t regret a stay here.

nice, comfortable place to walk the lake

We had a nice, relaxing, pleasant stay. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and a vegetable market in the morning. A quiet and a good alternative to the Old Quarter.

This is the best host we came across during our visit in Vietnam, She has nice apartment in Times City which is very friendly place to stay with your family. She was very helpful to make our stay a pleasant one.

The room was clean, tidy and very similar to the picture. The check-in and out process is also very simple. Thank you for giving me a great experience.

Had a great long stay here, this apartment is perfect for remote work. It is also rare to find an apartment with two work desks in two different rooms. The neighborhood is pretty nice as are all vinhomes neighborhoods in Vietnam. This one has a huge mall underneath the entire neighborhood which is cool. A lot of restaurants and attractions in the mall including a cinema, arcades, bowling, gyms and other cool activities. Sophie is a great host and provided recommendations, help and great customer service overall.

The apartment is centrally located in Ocean Park 1, S209 building, 3d floor, green plants on the balcony give privacy and you can overlook playground from the window that makes it very convenient for families with kids. Kids room has a bunk bed for 3 kids (twin above full) and a table. Washing machine was of much help to us. All grocery shops and restaurants are right in the same building. Free bus will take you to 2 water parks, Mega Mall and Grand World. Ocean Park is a great area to walk, lots of playgrounds, very secure, swimming pools indoor (year round) and outdoor (till November 15th). Big fridge, microwave. Mattress on the bunk is very hard, but main bedroom has a nice queen bed. A/C works great. Thank you, dear host, for always being in touch and helping us with all our requests.
