Great location for Hanoii city activities. House is very well sized for multiple guests. Host is great at suggestions, help with transport and very quick to respond.

We stayed at Anna’s as a family group and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was plenty for us. The terrace area was great with the kids too. Thank you Anna!

Really recommend the accomodation in that place. The house is spacious and well equipped. The location allows you to feel the real Vietnam and at the same time it is quite close to the Old Quarter. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They respond to the messages very fast so communication is perfect.

Tea and Ryann were such amazing hosts - they were very accommodating from the booking phase, until we checked out. They also arranged our tours for Sapa and Halong Bay, as well as drop offs and pick-ups at the airport, and it made everything so hassle free for our group. The location is very accessible and center, surrounded by great food options, easy pick up and drop off for the Grab taxis, and relatively safe. The hosts were very responsive and detailed, and even supported us with last minute changes on our tour reservations, and even on the rebooking of my friend's flight. Overall a very happy and satisfied stay and trip in Hanoi and Sapa! :) Thanks so much for all your help, Tea and Ryann!

First off, we didn’t stay at this apartment due fault in piping however we were relocated to somewhere more central and it was as described. Old quarter apartment, gated community. Amazing as it’s above a coffee shop so morning coffee fix was literally a stone throw. Walkable location but grab was easy to access as well. Overall I’d say it was good. All co-host communicated professionally and understanding. Assisted with locations/ airport transfer and explained rules clearly. Lots of promotions from the management as well like 20% off massage !

We had a great stay at this property. Starting from check-in on 19th June till (late) check-out on 23rd June we felt very much at home. The property is right at the heart of the happening Old Quarter area - shops/restaurants/many attractions are literally steps away. The rooms were clean and comfy, bthrooms are a bit small though. Four bedrooms in four different floors with attached bathrooms provide required privacy while the common living room in the first floor makes it ideal for group gathering. The spiral staircase (quite narrow) may not be ideal for travellers with small kids/elderly persons, but it was not a problem for us. Nevertheless the host was super responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this BnB! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful! they went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged airport pick-up and even helped organise transport to our next destination. One of the highlights was having our clothes washed daily, which was such a bonus during our travels. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, with everything within walking distance. The host also provided a list of recommended restaurants and coffee shops, many of which we tried and absolutely loved. We felt so well looked after and comfortable here. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Overall a great stay in Hanoi with Chez and family. They were nice, chill, and helpful anytime I needed help with anything. The area is secluded from all the noise you would get around the Old Quarter, but it's close enough to the southern train street area (walking distance). You have nearby restaurants, parks, and convenience stores as well. Overall good choice to stay in, as I was helped out with my Sim Card and given some tips and tricks on places to go to and how to navigate the city. Stayed here for 1 month and recommend to everyone.

Great location, really nice flat with an lovely balcony. Small cons : TV wasn’t working and the kitchenware seems a bit lightly furnished, with only a few tools. But overall it is really pleasant apparement and Do is extremely responsive and friendly. Would recommand 100%

We loved our stay here, it felt like home. Tasteful interior design, cosy space and the Old Quarter is easily walkable. Minh Sâu was so friendly, and helpful and gave us plenty of clear instructions for check-in and check-out. A perfect place to stay.

The place was in a great location, walkable to many sites and to the Hop on Hop off Bus. The place has great security in the building at all times, though I never felt unsafe.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The location in Ecopark is perfect peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and a refreshing escape from the busy city center. The neighborhood offers great amenities, including cafes, restaurants, and convenient stores, all within walking distance. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and ensured my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Beautiful house, I'll come again if I have the chance

It was nice staying at Mai’s place. It was clean, well decorated and somewhat quiet. The area is was convenient as there were many shops and some restaurants nearby. It really had a nice vibe and I wished I had discovered it sooner.

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

The location of the accommodation and the convenient distance to the grocery store are good. The host is also friendly and responds right away. I had a comfortable stay like I was at home.

We stayed in this apartment for a month and were very happy here. If we were to come to Eco Park again, this would be our apartment of choice again. Pros: - Nice, friendly interior - Big, comfy couch and big living room area - Comfy beds - Nice, warm shower - Good kitchen table and kitchen with utensils - Comfy chairs - Good working desk in one of the bedrooms - Aircon /heater Cons: - If you're here during the colder months like January, as we were, it can get a little bit cold (if you don't have the heater on constantly). But that's the case in most other apartments too.

Great places for kids near Hanoi with spacious playgrounds, outdoor activities, and plenty of trees. The apartment is clean and well-organized, and the owner is friendly and responsive.
