Casa Spondylus is located in the private developed gated community of Mirador San Jose. The private urbanization is only 40 minutes south of the city of Manta, and 10 minutes north of Puerto Cayo. Restaurants, bars, and a small grocery store, and the beach are all within a 10-minute walk from Casa Spondylus. Recreational facilities such as a regulation size FIFA soccer field and track, swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground are all 5 minutes from the house.

Hacienda Chan Chan - Farm Bungalow.

Hacienda Chan Chan is a working dairy farm nestled in the mountains North of Cuenca near the picturesque village of Chiquintad. We milk roughly 30 cows on 90 hectares, which leaves lots of room for hiking and exploring. The bungalow is a cozy wooden cabin with two bedrooms, including a lofted bed with a skylight for star gazing. The living room includes an efficient wood stove to warm the chilly nights. We no longer offer breakfast or any meals. Please bring food to cook.
