Awesome stay. Basically the perfect little luxury apartment in the coolest part of Quito. Hazel was super communicative, and accommodating. Very friendly security, staff at the front door as well (shout out to Julio!)

We loved staying with Yofre & Lorraine! Lorraine was super responsive and flexible with my check-in time and quickly answered all the questions we had, even right up to the check out time. The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly as described. The view of Quito was also beautiful. It was central to the Parque Carolina and some yummy restaurants / coffee shops. We would 100% stay there again!

His hospitality truly made us feel welcome and at home. The place itself was super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect 👌 close to restaurants, pharmacies, and everything we needed, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. We truly loved every moment of our stay and appreciate all the little details that made it special. We highly recommend staying here and give Cesar 100%! We would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Quito! It was perfect for our family of four, offering plenty of space with three comfortable bedrooms and two clean, modern bathrooms. The apartment was very quiet, which made for restful nights, and the location couldn’t have been better — just one block from La Carolina Park and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood, even in the evenings. Overall, a secure, spacious, and well-located place that made our visit to Quito truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful stay, Maria Augusta is an excellent host!

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

We loved staying here. We took our two younger kids and in-laws. The pictures don’t do the space justice. By being at the end of a lot, we felt like we had complete privacy. We utilized the heated pool each day as well as the sauna. We grilled out and enjoyed a family dinner on the upstairs patio. We would definitely recommend this space for families.

In general, everything was very good with the accommodation, we had an inconvenience with the WiFi but Alejandro was very friendly and was easily resolved.
