Large prestigious apartment on the Presqu'île

Experience luxury with this spacious accommodation combining the character of the old and the comfort of the contemporary. Completely redone by an interior designer, it has beautiful floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The living room has been completely redone and updated photos are in progress. You will enjoy the charm of an old apartment in an ideal location with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included. Baby crib possible. It is not intended to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire property. I am always available via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Best view in Lyon - parking - near Old Town

Make yourself at home in our comfortable, quiet, design and elegant 75 sqm apartment in the hills of Lyon. Large terrace with the most beautiful view on Lyon, the Saône and Fourvière (15 min by foot and 10 min by bus). Less than 15 min to old Lyon town. Work from home with our office and high speed broadband (optic fiber). In the evening, turn on the high-resolution screen for a nice popcorn movie night (Netflix, Amazon Prime), or browse the books in the library. Secured parking available.

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. In a young and dynamic up-and-coming neighborhood, a few meters from the banks of the Saone, my completely renovated 43 m2 apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a small old building (without elevator). Possibility of Supermarket storage, Restaurants ,cinema close by. Very nice park with children's games, Welcome to a young & dynamic quarter just few meters to Saone river. my apartment (43m2) is on the 3rd and last floor in a small & pretty ancient building (without lift)
