Relax and unwind in this newly renovated house with peaceful overlook on apple orchard, woodland and hills. There are over 10 acres to play (snowshoe, cross country ski, sledding, hiking or just relaxing) and only 20 mins. to awesome skiing or riding at Jay Peak! Two bedrooms across two floors. Relax in the deep claw-footed tub in the large full bathroom. Fully outfitted kitchen: coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove with oven. Grill on deck. Washer & dryer. Wifi for remote working.

Relax in the beautiful Northeast Kingdom on a small peaceful farmette & native plant sanctuary. We endeavor to make the space a cozy haven for you as well. Those efforts include reducing our environmental impact. We strive to be as plastic-free & organic as possible. We also compost & recycle and request that you do the same. We clean with Blueland products to create a healthy & welcoming space for all. Though the road crew takes good care, please note that the road is unpaved. Thank you!

Relax in the beautiful surroundings of the Vermont countryside on the property of Stonybrook Farm. This tiny home is newly built and has everything you'll need for a perfect getaway. We even have wifi if you have to work while you're here. Lay in bed and listen to the brook bubbling past or look thru the telescope and check out the deer and fox that wander by. A true country setting and only 3 miles from town. Open from May 1 thru the middle of October (or so depending on the weather).

Teeny Tiny Cottage on Lake Eden Water Front

This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2), kayaks, (1) two man canoe, dock spaces for rent for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.

Our modern home is just 8 miles to Jay Peak. We have long range mountain views, you can check if the tram is running and enjoy exquisite sunsets all from the couch. The loft upstairs has an open floor plan with a comfortable living space, bathroom and platform bed, where you can view Jay Peak conditions. We now have Starlink high speed internet. There are 8 private acres half woods half open meadow feel free to walk around the property and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature.
