Our island location necessitates a strict cancellation policy (ours mirrors the Nantucket Lodging Association's). Due to occasional weather related ferry/plane service interruptions, we highly recommend travel insurance (please see below for cancellation/travel insurance details). Six weeks prior to arrival, we will email you a list of our favorite restaurants with links to menus and reviews. For high season restaurant reservations, when possible, please contact us four to five weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to make your reservations. Our check-in time is normally 3 p.m. However if you arrive early and your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. Check-out time is 11 a. m. All rooms have hair dryers and beach bags with towels, bottled water, and magazines. We are a non-smoking inn. Don't hesitate to contact us to help plan your visit to the island. Free parking, 2TVs, cable, wifi, AC. First level with sliding doors to beautiful courtyard overlooking Parker River with BBQ grills. On-site washer/dryer, kitchen,exercise,game room. Near beaches. Across from Captain Parker’s Restaurant and Pirates Cove putt-putt. Indoor pool; hot tub;gym. $2,000 week!

Lovely King-sized guest room in beautiful home

Bright well-appointed corner room on 2nd floor with king bed, dresser, 4 windows, closet, desk, AC window or fan. Full bathroom across the hall which may be shared with a week day pilot who uses a pilot lounge on same floor. Farmhouse on private dirt road in wildlife preserve close and beautiful meadow wetlands, creek, pond, close to the beach and within 25 minute walking distance to Oak Bluffs in Harthaven. 7 minutes to 13 bus line to both Edgartown and Oak Bluffs.
