Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Edmonson County

We stayed for about a week with our 2.5 year old and our 4 month old to visit Mammoth Cave National Park, and Gaby’s house absolutely perfect! We instantly felt right at home and the house was spotless! Gaby’s house is perfect for those traveling with kids. We really appreciated all of the toys, games, and books she provided. Our toddler had the best time and loved the “vacation house”. The location was perfect for those wanting to visit the National Park. In addition we ended up exploring the Nolin Lake area, a day trip to Bowling Green, and another day trip to Churchill Downs. We had an amazing stay. Thanks so much!

This cottage was clean, peaceful and gorgeous! So comfortable and lots of outside space to relax. Host was very responsive when we had a question. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Our family had a great stay at Cozy Cub Run. The house had a very nice layout, a beautiful view and was very clean. Nice surrounding area for walks with our dog. Also, the deck was huge and it was nice that we had the option to sit under the covered area or not. Spent a lot of time out there! Hot tub was also well maintained/clean. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Alison’s place. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the lake and unforgettable sunsets each evening. Waking up to that beautiful landscape every day was a true highlight. Alison was exceptionally responsive and made communication effortless. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

This place has everything you would need. If you like to cook you will have everything you need dish and pots in the kitchen. There is a local grocery store not far and has everything you need at great prices. The wildlife was pretty to see from the windows and the front rockers were great to watch the storm coming in one night. It is very close to mammoth caves and other attractions like KY down under. If you are traveling with kids there are tons of games, movies, books and it is very cozy.

This was our second time staying here, and Wendy's home was lovely. Worked great for two families with small kids. Easy drive to the boat ramp / marina, and a Dollar General nearby for anything you forgot at home. A fantastic lake home!

This Airbnb was wonderful. It is exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated. The couch and bed are comfortable. Air conditioning upstairs and down. The area is very walkable and active. I stayed during summer break so parking was a breeze and I suspect it’s even more active when the students are in session, but the house is insulated well and outside noise fell away. The porch is nice and the side of the house walkway has low colored lights that created nice ambiance. Hosts left local suggestions and were very quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend this property.

Our stay was wonderful with Jake and Lisa! My partner and I needed a last minute place to stay and this ended up being the perfect place for us. Even accommodating our larger dog, Jake and Lisa’s Christian hospitality did not go unnoticed. The house and scenery is gorgeous! We will definitely be back soon for some future stays!

The decor was modern, stylish, and calming — like something out of a boutique magazine, but still totally livable and cozy. Everything was spotless (seriously, not a dust bunny in sight), and all the little touches made it feel special without being overdone. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, striking that perfect balance of being available but not intrusive. Check-in was seamless, and the vibe of the whole experience was relaxed and easygoing. If you're looking for a space that feels both elevated and homey, clean and cool, with just the right amount of personality — this is it. I’d absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Emma's place was very private, clean and very peaceful. Washer and dryer are a plus! Great place for a weekend get-away..

We stayed here one night with our four young children since we were driving through the area. We arrived around 7:30 PM and check-in was a breeze. The instructions and the door code are very clear and very easy to follow! I would definitely recommend staying here rather than a large hotel. Much cozier, much nicer, and more peaceful. Plus, we would rather support Mandi than a large hotel chain🙃👍🏻

Overall very nice and clean and very close to Kentucky Down Under! We highly recommend eating at 5 Broke Girls in Horse Cave. This is our 2nd trip to the area and 5 Broke Girls was our first stop! We will definitely stay at Kayla’s again if it’s available!

I arrived early. Was accommodated and let in early. . The place was clean. Everything worked.there were 0 issues the entire time i was there. Close to every shopping thing you can imagine. Would deff stay again.

Neighborhood is in the historic college district. I loved seeing all the old homes and landscaping. Very close to the main part of town, very picturesque.

This property was extremely well maintained. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do for Western Kentucky University's graduation weekend. Highly recommend!!!

Great location within a few steps of the square. Restaurants, nightlife, coffee and shopping only steps away.

Perfect spot to enjoy historic Bowling Green and a beautiful walk to downtown and to WKU. The house felt very safe and it is set up nicely to enjoy other guests while having plenty of privacy . Plenty of off street parking and the front sitting porches are nicely furnished and great spots to hang out . The unit is cozy and clean with an updated kitchen and bath, original wood flooring, tall windows and ceilings and a decorative fireplace. The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful! and we loved the location
