Very nice place to stay on Baptiste lake… peaceful and pretty!

Lynn was amazing. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The only negative if I had to give one is the 64 stairs from beach to the apartment, but we worked off some of the snacks. They offered a grill and hot tub. The location was peaceful. We would definitely return.

It was a delight to stay again this year at the Bonnechere Valley Inn -- Nadir and his spouse are most welcoming and I really appreciate the tremendous care they take to make one's stay easy and relaxing.

Great place, clean and as described/shown. Only minor quibble I would note is that cooking some fries in the air fryer (only to golden, far from burnt) did set off the smoke detector as there is no exhaust fan in the kitchenette area and the smoke detector is quite close and apparently sensitive. Took a little while to clear out the air and have beeping cease, not sure how guests can be warned or guided on this but it was the only negative incident in the stay. Host was communicative and responsive, very helpful. There was firewood/kindling/matches to use in the outdoor fireplace, and they set up the electric grill which worked decently though fair warning that it is a challenge to clean afterwards! Rented it for an event in Ottawa and driving back and forth was great but didn't have a chance to explore the local area though it seemed lovely and very peaceful with a quaint downtown street. All in all a great place to stay!

Spacious bottom suite, ideal for a family. The host was extremely nice and helpful. The backyard was absolutely beautiful where we enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. Would definitely stay again when visiting Calabogie.

Great host Kathryn was able to make some good recommendations for dinner. Great spot and close to restaurants. Very clean and she was quick to respond to any questions I had. Needed to staying here back to back weeks.

My two brothers and I were in town for a comedy show at the playhouse. This air bnb was very clean, affordable and the location was amazing. So close to everything. The old tin shack store is right beside it with exceptional novelty items for sale. They took some of my money too lol. If I come back to Bancroft I am coming back to this spot 100%.

This is a really lovely little getaway in Carleton Place. It’s private and very well equipped. Sylvia made sure I had everything I needed and was a friendly and helpful hostess. I’ll be back.

Kaitlyn’s apartment is very sweet and well appointed. I had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for my purposes. For those with mobility issues, it would present issues, as there is a fairly steep flight of stairs to the entrance. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at this cozy Airbnb for 2 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I booked, the host Tony was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. The place itself was just as described — warm, inviting, and spotless. The fully equipped kitchen had everything I needed, which made it so convenient to prepare meals. One of my favorite parts was the excellent patio area. It was the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy the fresh air, and make use of the BBQ — such a relaxing way to spend the evenings. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway. I’ll definitely be visiting again in the future!

apparently loved staying in calabogie with the family at the studio, angel was absolutely amazing was so friendly and welcoming to our entire family. kids loved everything from fishing to sleeping in the cool loft bed they now want to move up to calabogie. thank you so much angel for everything. and we'll see you again :)

Super cute and cozy. I loved the vibe and was looking forwarded to relaxing in a cozy place for the weekend, it did not disappoint. The free OVC coffee each day was an amazing little bonus. I'm an early riser so waiting until 830am for it to open was a bit tough, there wasn't any coffee options in the room, but it was certainly worth the wait to 830am in the end (allowed my brain to sleep in the second morning). Room was super clean, had cozy towels and bedding. Raglan street is busy but the air bnb was super quiet. I checked out lots of little cute shops, thrift stores, and the restaurants are a great mix. Lisa was super responsive. I had some issues trying to get on the wifi at first but a few hours later my phone and tablet finally connected on their own so not sure what happened, but she was quick to respond when I asked about it. I enjoyed the very clear and concise instructions on parking and how to get into the apartment, it was like a fun treasure hunt. An amazing little gem.

This place is really good for a couple who wants to spend some quality time in the woods. Deafening silence all around which makes it so special and peaceful to connect with nature :) Property was super clean and nicely maintained- Cynthia was pretty quick and precise with her responses as well. The only feedback I would give is that the mattress and pillows in the bedroom should be more comfortable and probably of better quality! Would definitely recommend this place for a couple of nights for sure :)

Exactly as describe! If you want a relaxing getaway that’s close to local trails and Algonquin this is a great middle ground. Felt right at home and would 100% recommend for those looking to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature.

Craig's place was great! I was in town for a car racing weekend and it was only 5 minutes away from the track which was perfect after a long day. It had everything we needed and was in a beautiful area right on the lake. Will definitely book again when I am in town for racing next year and recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Calabogie.

The airbnb is centrally located within walking distance to the town central area with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Great location!
