Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Cozy and modern furnished apartment for 1-4 people with 45 square meters in Nidderau Eichen. Spacious living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, kettle, coffee maker (filter), toaster, kitchen scale) The living area is equipped with a smart TV, and Wi-Fi is also available. For a 3rd & 4th person, a sofa bed can be used in the living area. The daylight bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. In 2018, we lovingly renovated and modernized the guest house, an old half-timbered house on our farm. In the countryside and only 30 km from Frankfurt, this is the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy nature. For golf lovers, it is only 100 meters to the course, where the Ristorante Bella Vista with Italian cuisine is also waiting for you. There are also dishes, such as pizza, to go.
