Guest suite 10 minutes walking distance from Downtown!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds(80-200) and a cozy seat with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette in which there is a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It's not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. For the Guesthouse you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seating areas.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. All privately yours. Situated 3.5 km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have access to your own private 6 person Jacuzzi. There are mountain-bike and hiking trails starting in our back yard and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB or MTB to try these out. Independent living space with its own entrance and key box. The log cabin stands in a lush garden and is fully equipped. You have access to a living room / kitchen, a private bathroom, a bedroom and on the outside 2 porches (on the south and west side) with garden chairs. The porch on the west side has terrace heating. The terrace on the south side has a fireplace.

This apartment is 5 minutes walk from the center of Eindhoven, there is plenty of space, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a private entrance from the street. Paid parking is available at the door, and there is free parking within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is very spacious and built around a patio, so there is plenty of natural light.
