Hospitable enjoyment, that is our motto. You are welcome in our luxurious, very complete B&B: "Tussen Broek en Duin". Recently renovated with air conditioning and new hard floors. We clean very well. When booking from 2 adults, you have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: if you book for 1 person, you will have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But you may have to share a bathroom and separate toilet.

Hoeve Coudewater is een zeer ruime eigentijdse vakantiewoning met privé-ingang en is onlangs gerenoveerd in een deel van een langgevelboerderij, waar ooit de koeienstal en hooizolder was. De woonruimte beschikt op de begane grond over een entree, een volledig ingerichte keuken, een eethoek en een zithoek met uitzicht op de koeienweide. Daarnaast zijn er in eigen tuin twee afzonderlijke terrassen. Op de bovenverdieping bevindt zich de badkamer en de zeer grote slaapkamer met "walk-in closet".

Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. Nature reserve is around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, cycling/mountain biking. When booking 4 nights, an evening hot tub is included. Hot tub can be booked for 40 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a closet wall and a curtain. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside. Smoking outside is no problem.
