The property is located on an island just an 8-minute bus ride from Oslo Center. Huset fra 2017 ligger rett ved Ekebergsletta og bussholdeplass til/fra byen. I 1. etasje er det stue/spisestue, åpent kjøkken og et soverom med dobbeltseng. Fra stua er det utgang til platting på 100m2, samt gressplen med trampoline. I 2. etasje er det tre soverom med doble senger, to bad og TV-stue. I husets underetasje er entre og WC. Der er også en utleiedel som går i utleie. Huset er et av tre hus i et sameie, med felles innkjøring. Ryddig og godt utstyrt, men vi tilbyr ikke grill.

It's about a 15 min walk to the city center and Central Train Station, but still in a quiet and relaxed area with cosy restaurants and a city beach nearby that is very popular by locals during summer. 2 grocery stores in near proximity with late opening hours (closes at 11pm).
