From the living room there is an exit to a plot of 100m2, as well as a lawn with a trampoline. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a TV room. In the basement of the house is the entrance and toilet. There is also a rental part that is rented to a permanent tenant. The house is one of three houses in a condominium, with a common driveway. Tidy and well equipped.
